Whilst I don’t have an issue with alcohol, I know a lot of people that do. This made an interesting read and helped me understand it a little more.

This is a great addition to the self help/memoir canon and will make a good read to add to the "Dry January" titles that abound in the new year. Staying sober after the first year is sometimes more of a challenge explains Gray and then expands on this with personal stories and facts.
Fascinating

I loved this book and her first one. I'm 2 years sober and all sober lit has been a big help for me. I love Catherine Gray's writing style as well.
