I love the idea of a Friendsgiving without all the family drama. With 50 delicious recipes, gorgeous photos, plus tips for hosting with ease, The Friendsgiving Cookbook is a must-have for anyone wishing to celebrate holidays with their "found" family. Highly recommended!

The Friendsgiving Cookbook focuses on simple and easy to make recipes for a large crowd.

The Sections are
Graze All Day Appetizers
Potluck Main Attractions
No Meat Sides for No Meat Friends
Extra-Long Dessert Spread

Each recipe has servings, intro on recipe, ingredients, instructions, and a picture to accompany. There are a bunch of good recipes in the cookbook that are more suited for newer cooks. The aesthetic of the cookbook was nice, but I wish the recipes leaned more into autumn produce.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

It’s potluck season again—awkward sign-up sheets, sad store-bought dips pretending to be homemade, and of course, that one coworker who “always” shows up with plain rolls. We’ve all been there. But this year? I wasn’t falling into that trap. Enter “The Friendsgiving Cookbook”, my go-to solution for making the holiday season easier and way more delicious. And the best part? There are some fantastic meatless recipes, too—your vegetarian friends will thank you for that!

This book isn’t just a collection of recipes—it’s a lifesaver for anyone who wants to impress at a work potluck or casual gathering with friends, without turning the kitchen into a disaster zone. The recipes are simple, easy to follow, and guaranteed to wow the crowd. I’m determined to show up feeling in control and stress-free, and thanks to “The Friendsgiving Cookbook”, I will! Trust me—you’ll be the star of every gathering, and you won’t regret it!

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

To be quite frank, I found myself a little puzzled with this cookbook as the recipes were all over the place. Most of the desserts were vegan and/or raw, but then many of the side dishes included pork rinds and Parmesan? The titles were also very on the nose. Aside from the overall confusing situation, I did like how the book was formatted and illustrated.

Finally—a Thanksgiving without the drama! The Friendsgiving Cookbook is the perfect guide to hosting a laid-back, delicious holiday with your favorite people. Forget the family arguments and awkward small talk; this book is all about good vibes, great food, and making memories with your chosen family.

With 50 easy recipes like Cranberry and Herb Stuffed Turkey Breast, Brisket Braised with Apple Cider and Thyme, and Pumpkin Spice and Chill, this cookbook makes Friendsgiving stress-free and fun. The clever recipe names alone had me smiling (seriously, “Don’t Kale My Chickpea Vibe”? Brilliant). Plus, the sidebars packed with tips and fun anecdotes make it feel like your BFF is right there in the kitchen cheering you on.

What I loved most is how flexible this book is. Whether you're all about grazing on apps like Ooey Gooey Mozzarella Sticks, need no-meat options for your veggie pals, or want to go big on desserts (hello, Thank You So Matcha Sponge Cake!), there's something for everyone. And the recipes are so easy, you can actually enjoy hosting without spending hours cooking.

If you want to kick off a Friendsgiving tradition—or just need some fresh, crowd-pleasing ideas—this book is a must-have. It's fun, full of flavor, and perfect for creating an Instagram-worthy meal without losing your mind. Cheers to Friendsgiving done right!

This was a cute book, and some of the recipes sounded interesting. Several of the recipes are for a pressure cooker, which I don't have, so making them would require adaptations for me. That said, I think this is a good collection of recipes for a fun Friendsgiving. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for this copy of the book.

A fun, beautifully photographed recipe book that was really similar to the christmas cookbook, but still contained some unique recipes that would be perfect for friendsgiving events. I loved the hot girl shrimp, spicy mushrooms, and the stuffed baked apple recipes the most so far!

I am always on the lookout for new and inventive recipes to change up my usual go-to's, and this cookbook definitely gave me some good ideas. First off, the names of all the recipes are so cute! Some standouts I will definitely be trying are:
Hot Girl Shrimp
BFF Buffalo Cauliflower
Soy Grateful Salmon
#Blessed Chocolate Bread

I am most excited to try, Lets Get Mashed because it uses half potatoes and half parsnips n an interesting and healthier twist. I really loved that the ingredients used were healthy and less toxic than you see in typical recipes. It was nice to see as I am trying to reduce the amount of toxic ingredients in cooking for my family. I definitely recommend this cookbook if you want to change up your holiday recipes or want to swap out certain ingredients for healthier options.

Thank you to Netgalley and Rock Point Publishing for the opportunity to view this cute cookbook

This is such a fun cookbook! There are so many times that hosting people becomes all about the preparation for me, and once everyone arrives, I'm too tired to enjoy the company. I loved the author's take on simple recipes in order to create a welcoming atmosphere and to enjoy the time you have with friends. Since my family has so much drama, I covet my energy and space like you wouldn't believe. This was a great reminder that you can embrace the energy/vibe you want to have to celebrate with food and friends, without the hassle of family drama to bring you down.

Thank you so much to the publisher for access to this cookbook! These are my honest thoughts!

My husband is in the Army and each year he and I host a Thanksgiving dinner for single soldiers or members of his unit unable to go home for the holiday. I loved this Friendsgiving Cookbook and I'm really excited to try some of the recipes. I think my young children will enjoy a lot of the recipes so I'll be sampling way before Thanksgiving time.
