I love this series so much ( and the author ). And this books was so good! We have been waiting for years for Larkin and Teague together. Their chemistry was fire. I loved meeting Teague’s clan those guys are so funny. I can’t wait for Ella and Viper’s book next.

I was fascinated by Teague’s character when he was first introduced, early on in the series, but now we finally get to know his clan and all his secrets. There have been a few tidbits dropped about Larkin’s background over the past 8 books, but who knew her demon was going to be so hilarious?! The plot development and world building are outstanding, with humour, suspense, action and plenty of plot twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. I had been looking forward to this book ever since the author divulged that these two would get together and oh my goodness, it was so much better than I had hoped for! The banter and chemistry kind of reminded me of Knox and Harper, though Teague is way more laid back than Knox. I loved getting a glimpse into the lives of previous couples and the bit where Asher gets a cameo appearance is just brilliant. I’ve also bought the Audible version of this book and know I’ll be listening / reading this one many times over!

This is the eighth book in the Dark in You series and focuses on Larkin, the last of Knox’s sentinels and the only female. As the only singleton left the group she’s tired off being set up with random men so, in an attempt to get everyone off her back, she decides to fake a relationship which makes sense until she picks the insane hellhorse Teague Sullivan as her partner in crime which is when the fun really begins. For fans of this series he’s Khloe’s anchor and he’s even crazier than she is. In a fabulous tale involving hell borne assailants, spurned anchors who won’t take no for an answer and opposition from Larkin’s fellow sentinels and pseudo brothers who don’t think Teague’s good enough, Hunted was a nonstop rollercoaster of a read where the highlight of the story for me was Larkin’s demon and I couldn’t help but picture Miranda Richardson’s version of Queenie from Blackadder whenever it made an appearance. This entity struck fear into everyone it came into contact with aside from Teague who appreciated it’s psychopathy but then again I did say he was crazy,
Suzanne Wright is one of the few authors I preorder the minute she announces a new book. Her books especially the paranormal ones are rollocking adventures set in crazy worlds filled with all manner of hell beasts, angels and demons, witches and imp. With uber alpha heroes and the strong-willed feisty heroines who run rings around their men much to the bewilderment of said men. Of fabulous family dynamics. The humour is the laugh out loud variety – I strongly recommend not reading on public transport unless you don’t mind attracting the stares of fellow commuters and not forgetting the wicked banter and smexy scenes galore.

So, I had high hopes for this one, and let me say, it did not disappoint. This one is my fav out of the series. Sorry Knox.
I love Larkin and Teague as individuals and I love them together. This one is different in the sense that while they are both dominant, neither one tries to dominate the other. From the get go they work together and seem to know what each needs but also talk about it too.
One thing that I always wanted more of in the books was to see more of their demons. And Larkin’s demon… stole the show. It is awesome! I loved every creepy second with it, and especially how Teague handles it.
There was also much more action throughout the book. I couldn’t put it down.
Can’t wait for Ella and Viper’s book next! Until then, I will enjoy each reread of Larkin and Teague

4.5 stars
Another great addition to this awesome series! We finally get Larkin and Teague’s story and it was as great as I was hoping it to be. Both of these two have been in the background for much of the series and surprisingly I never really thought about their history, but now that we know, it was fascinating!
With Larkin being the last single sentinel from Knox’s team, she is fed up with everyone trying to set her up. Teague, Chloe’s anchor, is well known to not be interested in a lasting relationship. Both have felt the attraction to the other but have been staying away from each other for their own reasons. After another attempt to set Larkin up, she comes up with a plan to have Teague as her secret boyfriend. All that ensues with this relationship was fantastic! All the secrets and shenanigans and amazing chemistry was perfect. I absolutely loved how crazy Larkin’s demon was and how Teague was just as fascinated. He actually did not fear Larkin’s demon as everyone else did, he actually like it. The secondary and previous characters definitely added to my love of this book.
Even though Larkin was the last of this group, I’m hoping to see more of Teague’s crew.
Thank you to Netgalley and Little, Brown Book Group, UK/Piatkus for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book. All opinions are my own.

This story is immersed in a world of supernatural creatures, intense passion, and dangerous secrets. Larkin, a harpy who is tired of her friends' meddling, decides to take matters into her own hands by initiating a fake relationship with Teague Sullivan, a compelling and enigmatic hellhorse. Little does she know that their connection will ignite a fire neither can resist.
One of the strongest aspects of Suzanne Wright's writing is her ability to create captivating characters, and this book is no exception. Larkin is a feisty and independent harpy who refuses to let others dictate her romantic life. Her determination and wit make her an endearing protagonist, and readers will find themselves cheering for her as she navigates the complexities of her relationship with Teague.
Teague Sullivan, with his explicit sex appeal and alpha male demeanor, is a character who exudes magnetism. His mysterious past and the shadows that follow him add layers of intrigue and suspense to the story. As the chemistry between Larkin and Teague intensifies, Wright skillfully portrays their connection, making the romance sizzle on the pages. The author masterfully balances the passionate moments with moments of vulnerability, creating a well-rounded and believable relationship.
The plot of the book is a rollercoaster ride of danger and unexpected twists. As Larkin and Teague's relationship deepens, their lives become entangled in a web of old and new threats. Wright skillfully weaves together a narrative that keeps readers on the edge of their seats, anticipating the next revelation and fearing for the safety of the characters they've come to care about. The pacing is well-executed, with moments of intense action and quieter, introspective scenes that allow for character development and emotional depth.
One of the book's strengths lies in Wright's world-building. The supernatural realm she has created is richly detailed and immersive. From the different species of paranormal creatures to the intricate power dynamics, every aspect feels meticulously crafted. It's evident that the author has a deep understanding of her world and its mythology, which adds an extra layer of depth to the story.
While this story is the ninth installment in the Dark in You series, it can be enjoyed as a standalone novel. Suzanne Wright provides enough background information to allow new readers to dive into the story without feeling lost. However, fans of the series will undoubtedly appreciate the continuation of the overarching narrative and the chance to reconnect with familiar characters from previous books.
In conclusion, this is a captivating and thrilling paranormal romance that will delight fans of the genre. With well-developed characters, sizzling chemistry, and a suspenseful plot, this book is a must-read for those who enjoy a healthy dose of passion, danger, and supernatural intrigue. Suzanne Wright continues to prove herself as a talented storyteller, and this book is another excellent addition to her Dark in You series.

This was one of my favorite books in the series since Knox and Harper’s book. I love the mystery behind Teague’s character, I love how the relationship building, I loved the cameo from other couples, and most of all I loved how unique Larkin’s demon was.
Suzanne wright is one of my favorite authors and she definitely didn’t disappoint. This is only on my re-read list. The whole business with Larkins anchor was also something I didn’t expect with the relationships we’ve other character have with their anchors.
I love how Suzanne isn’t afraid to go outside the rules of her own story world. I highly recommended anyone that loves supernatural romance to read this but don’t just start here start from the first book.

So this book is a series of books and its the first one I’ve read and i do feel I need to go and read the rest in order to get more enjoyment and history to really appreciate what I’m reading.
That being said i did like the couples dianamics and the banter they were wondefuly written and really jumped of the page.
Thank you Netgalley for a copy for an honest review

Suzanne hits it out of the park again!!!! I was so excited to learn more about Larkin and Teague (😍yummy)! The mysteries surrounding both of them sucked me into the book so much that I didn't surface until I was done reading. Teague has a secret, where did he come from?! What happened with Larkin's anchor and why is she so guarded? Suzanne's ability to immerse you in her world and the adventures of her characters is unmatched. The banter between Larkin and Teague amps up the sexual tension and the spice is HOT!
Not to mention the shenanigans of all the other characters 😆

A thoroughly good read. Teague is Khloe's anchor, as mentioned is previous books, unlike other alpha males his dominance is very subtle. Little is known of his background except that he is very much a ladies man.. Larkin is in need of a fake boyfriend to stop blind dates by her well meaning friends. Teague is prefect, as guy who plays the field she is sure he'd help with her problem, without getting attached to her..
They make an outstanding couple, their conversations are so funny.
It isn't long before trouble knocks on Teague and Larkin's doors as the past makes a reappearance
.
Both the characters were well written and well rounded, the story follows on well from the previous books but it can be read as a stand alone with equal enjoyment.

I have been anticipating this book since we were introduced to Larkin, I feel like we never got to see much of her in the other books so it was so nice to finally see more of her and her demon. Can I just say Larkins demon is my favourite character in all of the books, I just love that everyone was scared of her and her giggle 😂. I absolutely loved that Teague was fascinated by her and wasn't scared like everyone else. I also loved Teagues crew and hope to see more of them in future books. This book did not disappoint, Teagues and Larkins chemistry was off the charts and I adored their relationship and how possessive Larkim was, it was nice to see a more dominant female.
Seeing how protective the sentinels were of Larkin was adorable, they all saw themselves as her brothers and were so protective and made sure Teague knew not to fuck around. I'm so sad this was the last book for the main crew but I can't wait to see what else Suzanne Wright has in store, can't wait to see what's going to happen between Ella and Viper and how they know eachother.
Thank you to Little Brown book group and Netgalley for providing me with an Arc of the book.

Suzanne Wright does it again, a total 5 star book. I absolutely loved Teague and Larkin, LarTea. They have now become my favorite couple in the series, the way they play off each other is outstanding. I loved getting their backstory as well as the acceptance of each other they end up having. It was wonderful to see the other characters and catch up on what’s going on with them. Hoping that Viper will get a book or series. An amazing read

This is the 9th book in the dark in you series. I loved this book I could not put it down. The previous books have hinted at how insane Larkin's demon is and the demon was so much better. I enjoyed how Teague's and Larkins releationship developed. I am all ready waiting for the next book in this series.

I was so excited to read Hunted, I have been dying to know more about the mysterious Teague and Larkin. We didn't know very much about either of them, and Suzanne did not let us down. Teague is up there as on of the best male leads of this series for me, he was a great choice for Larkin. I love this world and i hope this isn't the last book in this series/world.

Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for this early readers copy.Hunted is the 9th book in the dark in you series .I really loved this book. Both Larkin and Teague were amazing and their banter was hilarious.Overall the plot was good and engaging.I highly recommend this book. Impatiently waiting for the next book of Viper and Ella.

It is safe to say that there is a lot of new information in this story. Teague has appeared in various books in the series but not a lot of information is given other than he is a hellhorse, Khloe's anchor and a hit-it-and-quit-it kind of guy. There is more than meets the eye with him. You can easily see how he and Khloe are a lot alike in personality. A lot of his one-night stand attitude is him being protective of his clan's secrets.
Larkin has been a feature in every book as Knox's sentinel. It is only in the last few books you find out that she had an anchor who she didn't form an anchor bond with. She is not happy when her psi-mate shows up trying to convince her to become anchors. Larkin always seems so easygoing in the other books but it turns out her demon is more than most can handle. It is definitely pretty interesting.

This book has it all! Romance with plenty of sizzling scenes, action, comedy and secrets to be revealed all round!
For me this book had a lot to live up for and it definately didn't disappoint.
Over the series we've slowly been introduced to larkin and teague but it wasn't until thr previous book in the series that we started seeing more interaction between the two as well as hints to larkin's past.
As always the author packs a lot of hot Romance, with a dash of comedy in an action packed story.

Although this book is the 9th in a series, it does not disappoint on any leve.. The character development is fabulous and had me laughing and intrigued throughout.. I read this book in a straight shot being unable to put it down. Many have been waiting for more details on both Larkin and Teague and it was absolutely delivered. The book can stand on its own but I love that I had read all the prior books as well so that I had a full understanding of how all the different relationship dynamics worked. I highly recommend this book as well as all the others in the series and eagerly await more story lines.

One of my most anticipated books is finally out and it did not disappoint.
It’s about time for the last one in Knox’s group gets her own book. Larkin and Teague are such a fun couple. The way they banter made me laugh out loud a few times. Story was amazing, after all of the hints of Larkin’s past, we finally get the full story.
Larkin’s past isn’t the only thing that we get to know more of. Teague has his own secrets and past that comes to light. Teague has been a character we as readers haven’t gotten much information on, but finally we get that here and it is good! Their chemistry is off the charts.
Love this world that Suzanne has built, I’m hoping for many more books within this world.

I Absolutely Loved Loved Larkin and Teague's story so much!!! I Am So Happy Suzanne Wright wrote the Dark In You novel series it is one of my favorites of all time!!! I am sad it is the last of the gang everyone finally has a mate and I am so happy for them! Looking forward to book 10 about Viper and Ella next year.
