An absolute gem of a children's book! From the very first page, my little one was captivated by the lovable dog's adventure and couldn't help but join in the playful rhythm of the text. The vibrant illustrations beautifully complemented the engaging storyline, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the imagination. It's a heartwarming tale that emphasizes the pure joy of running, friendship, and the freedom to explore. As a dog lover myself, I found the book to be a delightful celebration of the bond we share with our four-legged friends.

My 4 year old enjoyed this book, she loved that the dogs owner was an elephant rather than a human.

The illustrations could’ve been better but it could be because we read it on kindle.

Overall it’s a good book for young children

This is a sweet little story about a golden lab named Bailey that loves nothing more than to go on walks, It is written in verse like a poem. I loved the surprise at the end that it is about a real dog.

Love this book! What a sweet story. The rhyming is really fun to read aloud to the grandkids and the illustrations are beautiful. We especially liked the story at the end about the author and his dog, the inspiration behind the story. This Nana definitely recommends A Dog's Run! Thanks #NetGalley

Well of course I loved this book. I am a dog lover. I have 5 grandchildren who love to read and my grand dog's name was Bailey. She passed away this year so it was meant to be to read this book. I love that the book made you feel the dog's freedom and happiness. The illustrations were beautiful. It was my pleasure to read this book and I am now following on Instagram.
