I think if you read a lot of these books well they are self-help and empowering. Then you can probably skip Facebook to be fair because you’re already knowledgeable on a lot of these subjects I think this book is generally for beginners and is generally for people who are not educated within this section in subject, but I do think it was easily accessible. It was good to read and I think generally it’s good for people who haven’t already read in this subject but also New has read a lot of these books I thought it just kind of summed up, basically what was already written and subsequently I didn’t really learn very much, but I think it could be good for beginners
