The Glimmer Falls series has been an amazing read so far, and the second book, A Demon's Guide to Wooing A Witch, did not disappoint. As a fan of heartwarming romance stories with a touch of witchcraft, I found this book to be an absolute treat. I enjoyed the first book so much that I immediately requested the second book's arc, and I'm glad I did. One of the things that I loved about this book was the dynamic between Calladia and Astaroth. It was so much fun to read how their relationship developed over time. The chemistry between them was so much fun to read, and watching them fall in love was truly top-tier. The book is well-written, with excellent pacing and character development. The story has the right balance of romance, humor, and action, making it an engaging read from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend the Glimmer Falls series, especially if you enjoy fun, heartwarming witchy romance books with a spice. A Demon's Guide to Wooing A Witch is a fantastic addition to the series, and I can't wait to see what the author has in store for the next book. Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for the early copy.

Such a fun series, we pick up just hours after the first one and continue on with different protagonists. This time we are tangled up with Calladia and Astaroth, who ought to hate each other, but a case of amnesia changes their whole dynamic.
I really love their relationship, it’s definitely feisty and fresh. But as well as the spice, there’s a really interesting over-arc, and I love the whole concept. I know there’s at least one more book in this series, but I’m hoping for more.

This book was so fun! Such a cozy book to read in autumn I really enjoyed it, sadly I didn't get the five star feeling however I did really love it and would recommend to people in the future!

I loved the second novel in this funny, enchanting, sexy magical series. The journey the two characters undertake together is beautiful, hilarious, chaotic and spicy! Would highly recommend

Astaroth, Ozroth’s former mentor, demon lord and all around PITA from book 1 is back! This time around it seems that Astaroth is going to get a bit of a nasty surprise at the hands of his enemies! He really should have known better than to make a bet or bargain with a demon!

Calladia, is not your typical FMC. She is strong, stubborn and sometimes comes across as downright unlikeable. But as with every worthwhile character she has a bit of a history and with a mother like hers, I'd be as anti-everything-mum-wants too! She's never been afraid of a fight or supporting the under-dog but when a rescue reveals the rescuee as Astaroth - even Calladia takes a moment to wonder what she's got herself into!

Calladia and Astaroth may have been on opposite sides but now find themselves as grudging teammates as they set off on an epic adventure to regain Astaroth's memories and save demonkind!

Astaroth was going to have to work hard to win me over after being a complete and utter PITA previously. I enjoyed learning about his past, his openness to relationships with all kinds of beings, his fascination with Humans and the Earth plane. There was a really symmetry between the politics on the book and in the real world so I actually got swept along with the story. Calladia may be stupidly overreactive occasionally but she is also resourceful, smart and willing to go the extra mile for a worthy cause. She and Astaroth may have been enemies once but there is that dang fine line between love and hate!

Hopefully Themmie is up next and I wonder what kind of chaos will ensue?

A very fun read! It doesn't take itself too seriously but at the same time, it does a great job of showing how people can grown into the best version of themselves. Loved how the relationship blossomed between them!

"A Demon's Guide to Wooing a Witch" by Sarah Hawley is a delightful paranormal romance that blends humor and the supernatural. Hawley's storytelling is witty and entertaining as a demon and a witch navigate the complexities of love and magical mishaps. The characters' banter is engaging, and the plot is filled with fun twists, making it an enjoyable read for fans of the genre.

After reading the first book in the series A Witch's Guide to Fake-Dating a Demon I knew that I needed to know what happens next to these loveable characters. I loved that it centred around different characters than the first book as I felt that their story had been told and I was excited to see how this slow burn romance would pan out. I loved every second of it including some extremely cheesy moments, but it all helped to add the perfect amount of charm.

This is the perfect kind of paranormal romance which throws in your usual romance tropes with a sprinkle of the supernatural and it was all done with such a good balance that it was the perfect cosy read. I’m really excited that we will be getting a third book and can’t wait to see what these characters get up to next!

Thank you to Net Galley and the publishers for sending me a copy in exchange for a review.

It was cute coming back to this world and seeing characters from the first book, however I felt that this was not as good as the first book. I feel like the plot was a little lacking for me, and the romance was a bit forced.

Overall it was a cute quick romance to fill the gap between books if you need a palate cleanser.

Let me just start off by saying the dedication in this book was like it was written for me! 'For all the angry girls who were told they were too much.'

From Fake Dating we know that Calladia, Mariel's bestie, is prickly, aggressive, and a bit emotionally damaged.

We also know that Astaroth of the Nine, Demonic High Council member, is a bit of an arrogant you know what!

And thirdly, we know that Calladia kicked his behind for what he tried to do to Oz and Mariel.

Well....not only did Astaroth get his behind busted, he also faces punishment from the council for losing a bet and is sent to Earth where Calladia happens upon a very different version of him!

Calladia and Astaroth begin a quest! Cue snark, banter, confusion, corruption, werewolves, woods, crazy mothers and found family all wrapped up with spiciness!!!!

This was a funny and cute read and I wonder if there will be another book in the universe as I want more Lilith!

I loved the first book in this series and was surprisingly happy to find out the author wrote a sequel surrounding 2 other characters that were in the first. I definitely enjoyed her writing style and this well paced romcom storyline.

A great cozy read for fall! I loved A Witch's Guide to Fake Dating a Demon and I was so happy to receive an Advanced Reader's Copy for this book.

Asaroth is a snarky, handsome demon who has been banished from the demon realm and needs a little assistance which come in the form of sarcastic and badass witch Calladia and the story unfolds from there.

I really enjoyed this grumpy x grumpy read more than the first installment. the only reason I've given it 4 stars is the pop culture references seem a little forced at times and pulled me out of the story, however, I love a good enemies to lovers trope and this does not disappoint. It's a cozy, sexy and funny read.

A whole lot of magic in this one. After the first book in this series I did not think Astoroth would make for a good hero but the author did a good job of making him likeable and charming. His journey towards redemption was gradual and believable. As for the connection with Calladia, it was a bit of a slow burn but the transition from enemies to lovers was good and I liked how they respected and accepted each other. A colourful cast of supporting characters and an intriguing quest building up to an exciting culmination made for an interesting read.3 ⭐️

I absolutely adored this book! After loving the first one, I wasnt really excited to read this one because of the demon like how in the world could he be redeemed enough for me to like him. BUt hey ho enters amnesia and hes suddenly the best person ever*. Love it.
*Aka a morally grey hero we hate loving.
This book was fun, well paced, sexy, and full of action. The FMC is such a badass. i LOVED the werewolf fight scene, that was hilarious. Gimme more werewolf time please in the next one.

My thanks to Netgalley, Orion and Sarah Hawley for the advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

I enjoyed A Witch's Guide to Fake Dating a Demon, and this one was just as good. Enemies to lover is always my favourite trope to read, and I just loved it.

Amnesia can get really boring really quickly as a trope, but I think here it was really done well, so it didn't feel like such a slog to get through.

Looking forward to more from the author.

For a character I didn't originally like, watching his character development and growth was amazing. It really seemed natural. And his personality matches well with that of calladia, who is a little stubborn and rough around the edges herself. She's so resourceful and has been through a lot it again makes sense.
Watching this enemies to lovers, well. It was proper enemies to lovers for a start, which is amazing. And on top of that - it again felt natural not forced or rushed.
And let's not forget. The absolute tension!!!!! Spicy tension and normal tension. It was amazing. On edge the whole time.
And speaking of spicy, those scenes were written very well!.
This felt like a much more adult, on edge romance than the first cuter romance - and I loved it for that too. Can't wait to see what else Hawley has in store

This is the 2nd book I've read by Sarah and it's as humorous as the first. It's a fantastic follow-up to the first book.
Overall, the book was solid. Although a lot happened quickly, I think they somewhat knew each other, and their personalities are complementary. I preferred this one over the first. I enjoyed watching them fight, disagree, and eventually fall in love. Astaroth and Calladia were much more interesting than Oz and Mariel, respectively. I found the enemies-to-lovers, one bed, and touch-her-and-die tropes to fit the overall book perfectly.
