Now this is my kind of thriller! The twists were jaw dropping, the characters were well written, the plot engaging and well paced, and the writing style just flowed so easily and had my flying through the pages. It felt like such a breath of fresh air and unlike most of the other thrillers out there. A must read

The Florist by C.L Pattison - 4.5/5 ⭐

A mind-blowing, hang on to your seat kind of thriller. Was absolutely extraordinary. The best thing being there was absolutely nothing predictable about this book!

It's an easy decision to decide when I now will forever but from Pattison, given how amazing The Florist turned out to me. I love me a good thriller but I love it even more when I feel the need to complete it in a day because of how desperately I needed to finish it.

There overall flow of the storyline was exquisite, it all blended together brilliantly and put together with great detail. The characters were easily as good as the plot and all together they worked perfectly.

Thank you to NetGalley and Headline for allowing me to read this ARC - this is an HONEST review from my own personal opinion.

I’ve just finished this book, I raced through it in a day it was that unputdownable!
Amy is a florist and along with her assistant Claire the business is doing well.
When Amy gets a commission to supply flowers for a well heeled couple she is over the moon with how many doors this could potentially open in terms of business contacts.
The event is a party for Izzy who is turning 40, when Amy, who is quite solitary for reasons which are revealed in the book, decides to befriend Izzy this sets off a murderous turn of events.
With a number of potential suspects the plot thickens nicely.
A great thriller highly recommend
