This book just wasn't for me. It is a novella, so everything is super condensed. The plot, character development, and romance.

Amelia just was not likeable at all. I agree with other reviews
She was acting like a teenager, not someone in their mid-20s. I found it so hard to support her.

The plot was fine, but it was hammered through and therefore left no room for development at all. Oddly, there was a lot of repetition as well, taking up valuable page space where some more development could have gone. The same events are seen from both Theodore and Amelia's narrative but covering exactly the same thing..

I also prefer much punchier dialogue. Amelia and Theodore both say that Amelia is sassy, and I think they mean bratty.

It was cliché and underdeveloped. I did finish it, probably because it was so short, but I didn't enjoy it. Sorry!
