In summary: A How to guide on creating / writing poetry

This is my first book by Zack Kohn.

An easy to read, well set out guide for novice poets such as myself. The book is helpful in developing poetry without over doing it. The exercises are worth practising. Overall I enjoyed working my way through this book.

This is a fun and informative book for all aspiring poets. I’m excited to let my inner poet run wild!

This was a great guide to unlocking what is inside you and being able to express it onto paper as a poem. Great guidebook and well written. I look forward to using some of the ideas in here to unlock some creativity in myself.

Zack Kohn has created a beautifully written book about the fundamentals of writing poetry which sounds itself like poetry.
