Saroor Sarao writes with invention and vision. I love a quality science fiction/fantasy read and would recommend this title.
A gripping tale of action, adventure, and unexpected twists. The story follows Hope Hastings, whose life takes a dramatic turn when she's drawn back into the world of crime through an alluring proposition. What starts as a seemingly simple heist transforms into a high-stakes global escapade, pitting Hope against formidable adversaries. Amidst a backdrop of lost civilizations, ancient mysteries, and a sinister conspiracy, the narrative maintains a thrilling pace that keeps readers on the edge of their seats.
Hey, fellow bookworms! I just dove into World Heist and let me tell you – it's like a rollercoaster ride you won't wanna get off! Picture this: Hope Hastings gets an offer she can't refuse, and bam, she's in the middle of a crazy heist that goes way beyond her wildest dreams. But hold on, 'cause things go from wild to downright bonkers when she's facing off against bad guys, exploring hidden secrets, and trying not to get kicked out of her place!
Seriously, this book's got it all – action, adventure, and some seriously cool characters. Hope's like the hero we all secretly wanna be – brave, smart, and a bit sarcastic. Plus, the plot's like a puzzle that keeps you guessing, and just when you think you've got it figured out, bam – another twist!
Who here is a hero, who is a villain and who will be hurt the most. You will have to read this exciting high octane superhero vigilante story filled with humour, with lots of gadgets and big fights to find out. There is a moral dilemma real, but definitely fictional, story. As you read you learn the interesting character’s flaws and reasons for being involved. Big climax and the suggestion there is more to come; but this does read as a stand alone. Thank you to BookBuzz.net and NetGalley for the ARC. The views expressed are all mine, freely given.
