This book is great for those who work for HR and executives/management. The book gives examples on the changing work culture, post pandemic.
The book provides robust examples of companies' best practices in thriving in a post-pandemic, new era of work. This us best read by top executivws and HR personnel to assess what can be done from the top to slowly shift to a culture with growth-mindset.
For someone in a work environment, and more so in management- I was interested in this book because creating a space and rhythm of flow at work is something that I strive towards. The author starts from the very beginning with five key questions and help answer your why, how, when, what and who- when it comes to culture and even explores how design thinking can be used to enhance this.
I loved it and took notes on some of the questions and key outcomes and this is the kind of book that I feel most organizations should have available to their staff, and really set out on deciding what to do and how to go about it.

The Open Culture Handbook offers some really helpful advice for leaders looking to build a more open, collaborative, and innovative culture within their company. It boils it down to 5 key questions to drive innovation, focused on transparency, autonomy, collaboration, engagement, and inclusion. This could be a great resource to spark some great discussions and meaningful change.
