Loved Hazy & Godric!! What a funny, fabulous book!! I’m seriously hoping there are more books to follow this one, I really enjoyed their story & want to read more. You’re missing out by not reading this wonderful book!! I voluntarily read for an honest review.

This is the magic of Helena Hunting regardless of her own name. This was a fun holiday themed romance, aka I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end.

I absolutely loved MY BOYFRIEND IS A VAMPIRE!

I’m always a sucker for rom-coms, but throw in a vampire boyfriend and it’s a whole extra level of fun!

I thought the premise of this book was so fun, and I'm happy to say that it completely delivered! Hazy and Godric were amazing and I loved them together so-so much! Their romance was fabulous, the comedic parts of the story had me cracking up, and even under a different pen name, Helena Hunting, is just as hilarious and spicy as always! ;)

I loved getting to try something new from Helena, and I'm already hoping that this book turns into a series as I’d loved to see more stories about the other characters, and I’d love more of Hazy and Godric, too!

Overall, I thought that MY BOYFRIEND IS A VAMPIRE was a wonderful story! The plot was fun, the world-building was absolutely fascinating, and the characters were phenomenal! It doesn't have regular distribution in Canada and the US yet, but here's hoping it gets picked up soon because this enjoyable read deserves to be experienced by all! If you're a fan of rom-coms with heart, humour, and a quirky premise...even if you aren't always a fan of vampires...I think you'll absolutely adore this book! I loved and highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read for me which I like. I enjoyed the characters and thought they were a great combo.

My Boyfriend is a Vampire is the first book by Helena Hunting writing as Eva Knight and "Oh my fucking God...ric," it was FANTASTIC! I devoured this book in nearly one sitting and I honestly couldn't get enough of Hazy and Godric. I did not want this book to end and I want more!

Hazy is a senior pre-med student who is super studious but she also likes to have fun. She spends a lot of time on fraternity row so it's not surprising that she meets the new guys who've recently moved into the previously vacant - and thought to be haunted - house. One guy in particular catches her eye and he is all kinds of mysterious. When Godric helps her out with an annoying ex problem, they end up spending time together and there is no denying the spark between them. Godric is keeping a secret though that can change everything and when Hazy learns the truth, will she accept Godric for who he is or are they doomed from the start?

I adore Hazy and Godric. Hazy is awkward socially and can’t control what comes out of her mouth when she talks to Godric. The things she says to him when she is nervous had me giggling nonstop. Godric can also be awkward at times and sometimes gives off strange vibes. I couldn't wait for Hazy to find out what we already know about who, or rather what, Godric is.

"There’s something about him, beyond the fact that he looks like he stepped out of the pages of a magazine. I have the desire to drag him into a dark room and have my wicked way with him, but at the same time my gut churns with anxious energy."

This love story is addictive and so much fun! Hazy and Godric are playful, entertaining when they are together, and there is so much sexual tension that you think they might combust. These two feel it all starting from the very first kiss and everything just heightens the more time they spend together.

Their whirlwind romance brings you the all-consuming feelings you get with a new love interest. The butterflies, the racing heart, the nervousness, the attraction you can't ignore. I was hooked on their relationship from the start and was giddy when they were together.
“I’ve been here a long time, and there’s a staggering loneliness that comes with existing in an infinite loop. You breathe new life into me. I feel like I have a purpose, like there is meaning in my existence again. You invigorate me.”

Overall, I loved this story! It brings all the swoon, all the steam, and a whole lot of feel good moments full of love. It also introduces us to Godric’s brothers, Laz and Hunter, and I want them to find their HEA’s, too!!

Eva Knight.. aka Helena Hunting's alternate ego/pen name, released a book that is a departure from what we are used to but it still was written beautifully and a joy to read.

Wow, what a fun, perfect Autumn read that will have you hooked and wanting more of these characters! Hazy is ready for senior year and not giving into her ex-boyfriend. Then enter the hot new neighbor, Godric. These two have an instant connection, but keep their distance. However, as they keep running into each other and classes pairing them up together, they have a hard time ignoring the obvious. Godric and Hazy take us on a crazy ride of will they or won’t they that will have you devouring this book. As Hazy and Godric spend more time together and their connection becomes stronger, it’s hard to ignore that Godric has a secret. Once Hazy finds out the adventure just keeps you on the edge of your seat. Especially with her crazy ex that won’t leave her alone or Godric and his brothers. I absolutely loved this story! Hazy Florence is back at college and ready to have a good time. She meets the mysterious Godric Hawthorn. There is something about him that has her completely captivated. As they begin their relationship, Hazy’s very jealous ex tries everything to pull them apart. Some very interesting begin to happening. It isn’t long until she discovers Godric’s secret, he is a vampire. She struggles with what to do, but she decides that he is worth it. I simply loved all the characters and how much fun this book was to read. Really hoping that there are more stories coming.

Hazy, is your typical focused premed student with a jealous ex-boyfriend. New neighbor Godric is definitely hot as sin with old-school charm, who she wants to get to know. Godric and Hazy are cute together as they slowly evolve into a couple. I adored how she would tease him about his old school behavior at times. The pain aka ex boyfriend truly was the villain of our story. I liked Hazy's best friends/roommates and how they were so supportive of one another. Laz and Hunter are definitely the comic relief; who doesn’t love a good theme party. Knight's humor was all over this book.

Helena Hunting, writing as Eva Knight has crafted a fun, Halloween read that I enjoyed from start to finish. I am so excited to have gotten an ARC and had a great time getting into the Halloween season with this read!
 
My Boyfriend is a Vampire follows college student Hazy and Godric, who you may be able to guess is… a vampire! There’s an immediate attraction between the two when Hazy meets Godric on her way to a party and when they become lab partners, the more time they spend together, the more that attraction grows. One problem though- Godric and his two brothers are vampires. Can shady and Goodrich navigate this relationship while also dealing with Hazy’s ex who is snooping around a little to much? I loved the romance between the two of them- Helena Hunting writes great banter and spice.
 
This book was a super fun read just like all of Helena Hunting’s other books. I really hope Godric’s two brothers also get a book so we can stay in the world for a little longer! Truly a fun Halloween (or really any time of the year) read!

Something different than her usual under an alt pen name. It was a bit fun and PN for this time of the year. Not dark just fun and easy going read with some steam.

I've always loved paranormal books and I ADORE Helena/Eva. So, I was super excited to read this book. I am so happy that Helena's signature humor showed up in this book. Godric and Hazy meet at college. It was an instant connection, and they had some things in common, except the fact she is human, and he is a vampire! It was a fun, spicy read! I'd love to read more about the rest of this crew! Happy Halloween!

My Boyfriend is a Vampire by Eva Knight, who is Helena Hunting writing as Eva Knight, this story introduces us to Hazel “Hazy” Florence, this girl is fun, witty and confident, she is in her last year of University, in the lasts years she has had something of a relationship with a boy named Blaine who is the perfect example of the college jog, but she vows not to make the same mistakes again this year, especially Blaine, and this will become much more easy for her when one afternoon on the way home, along with her two best friends, Satya and Alyssa, they meet their new neighbors, the Hawthorn brothers, Hunter, Laz and specifically and most importantly for her, Godric Hawthorn. These guys move to a house that was apparently abandoned, but overnight it's almost renovated, except for a few details that apparently they are fixing, but she doesn't see anything suspicious there, she just can't help but feel totally attracted to Godric. Godric, although he looks like a typical college student, keeps a big secret, he is a vampire! For him, the relationship that begins to develop with Hazy is totally new, he had never dated a human, and when the time comes to explain the truth to her, he does it to help her understand him, she accepts him and when the time comes, she will do anything to protect him, his brothers and his secret.
This story is fun, sweet, exciting, sexy, steamy and just perfect. Each of the characters are charming in their own way and make this a completely unique story that you will love and enjoy from start to finish. If you want to read a college romance with touches of fantasy and lots of fun, this is definitely the story for you. Absolutely and Highly Recommended!

I don’t know if all of Helena Hunting aka Eva Knights (her paranormal pen name) writing is equally addicting but boy! This was my first read of hers and it was so addicting! I absolutely loved this book. I gobbled it up in one sitting.

Hazy is a college student who is a spunky and hilarious character. She’s witty, confident, and a sex positive woman on a mission.
New student Godric is looking delicious. As does every other female student thinks as well but Hazy and Godric have a connection. And boy does Hazy want in his pants. 😂

This was a laugh out loud romantic comedy with the perfect proportion of spice, comic relief, mystery, and wonderful side characters.

Godric is a very old vampire. He’s never dated a human before and it’s all new to him. When the secret it out to Hazy, both work on finding out how to coexist together. When one ages and the other not… these two science nerds put their skills and knowledge to the test.

Godric has two other brothers, and I really hope they get their own books because I am seriously dying for their own romantic love stories!

I highly recommend this book. Godric is the sweetest book boyfriend that has decades and decades of practice in the sheets… ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

A new genre by an author I enjoy and it did not disappoint. The supernatural element was fun. I also really like Hazy and Godric together. He can be quirky and she is bold. Their dynamic is fun and steamy.
I also like Godric’s brothers.
Will definitely read Eva Knight again.

It is easy to see that My Boyfriend is a Vampire is going to be a fun read right from the start! It is riddled with interesting and mysterious characters, a few awkward moments and humor abound.
I don’t normally gravitate towards vampire books but when Helena Hunting, one of my go to authors writes one under the name Eva Knight I am definitely going to check it out and I am so, so glad that I did!
Hazy and Godric were just so easy to fall for and I just adored their story with all of the in and outs of what being a vampire is all about, especially for Hazy, but her strong feelings towards Godric allow her to easily embrace what that all means for their relationship and their future.
And Godric, it was enjoyable watching as he finally finding his mate and how carefully he brought her into the fold because he just couldn’t stay away.

Hazy is a college student who is funny, witty, sex-positive, and confident. Godric catches her attention immediately, as well as the rest of the female student body. Who wouldn't want an old vampire lover who is desperate to give you an amazing time? Age definitely has given Godric experience for sure. Hazy is definitely not immune! Eva Knight/Helena Hunting knows how to write an amazing RomCom and this did not disappoint. I hope Godric's brothers each get a book, it would be amazing to get more stories!!

As soon as I found out one of my favorite authors, Helena Hunting, was writing a college vampire romcom (under a pen name) I had to read it, and I wasn't disappointed! It was like even if I didn't know it was her, I would've been able to tell immediately because I recognized her writing style and sense of humor. This book has officially put me in my romoom vampire book era!

One of the things I personally like about vampire books, is each one is a little different in what the vampires do and how they survive, and this one definitely has some unique things I haven't read in any other vampire book before. Godric and Hazy are so cute together, and I really appreciated how most of the drama was not between the two of them, as well as how they can't keep their hands (and teeth) off of each other. This book had a lot more steam than even I expected!

While I would've loved more from Godric's POV and his history because we know there is a lot of it, Hazy is a fun character so it’s still interesting told from her POV. I really hope there are more books to come about Godric's brothers, especially the warlock/vampire hybrid!
