On a trip home to break up with her smothering boyfriend Garrett at first she can’t find him then what she eventually does fine is his dad in the back house basement with the woman tied to the table. In trying to get away she wrecked her vehicle this is how she meets Fin Murphy. Fin is a new police officer and only a couple of years older than Casey he brings her to the station because she has no car after she is interviewed he brings her home when he realizes her ties to the family she can tell his true concern for her well-being and can’t help but think he is such a nice guy. So a few days later while hiding out at her aunts house Garrett finds her, he attempts to kidnap her thankfully a neighbor calls 999 and who shows up it’s Fin Murphy. It seems throughout the story on or off duty their pants keep crossing and she cannot deny her attraction to the policeman but after they had a falling out and guards dad was convicted of being a serial killer she eventually goes on with her life she works as a DJ at night and also has a sales job and does computer programming websites while at home in the new apartment she bought in the country. after what happened with Garrett she gets uncomfortable when the guy she is seeing what’s out to meet the family and so she has decided to play it safe and be single she has a little beagle named Phoebe who she brings to work with her but every now and then when coming home she feels like things are out of place and that someone has been in her apartment. It doesn’t help that one of her neighbors is very creepy if that wasn’t jarring to her system one of her best friends Ricky whistles at a hot guy walking his dog and although case he doesn’t see the guy it doesn’t take long for her to find out it’s none other than Fin Murphy it doesn’t help when she also gets to meet his friend with benefits Vicky and because of this she gives him the cold shoulder every time they meet but she assume she will be glad he is our neighbor especially when she starts getting creepy phone calls and strange things are happening. By the time she finds out who the new serial killer is in town she will be shocked and amazed but in his attempt to save her will Fin lose his life? I totally botched this whole review but OMG if the ending of this book doesn’t shock you then I think you’re just a lucky guesser because there is no way you’re going to figure it out.. Kerrie Beavis gets the most unsuspecting person makes them the killer and then makes it make sense this is why she is such a great thriller rider I love her books and highly recommend this one. I want to thank boldwoodBooks and Net Galley for my free arc copy please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.
I love Keri Beevis as an author, they are becoming one of my favourite authors.
Every Little Breath was amazing. Such a good and gripping story. We meet main character Casey, an aspiring DJ worker on a late evening show.
Many years ago, she found her boyfriend's father in the basement of an outhouse with a woman on a table and torture devices around. She raised the alarm and it came to light that Steve Noakes was a serial killer and he went down for his crimes. This obviously ruined Casey's boyfriends family, her ex-boyfriend Gareth killed himself and Steve Noakes ex-wife never forgave Casey for ruining their lives.
Casey moves into a new flat and there she meets and starts a "casual" relationship with policeman Finn. Casey starts getting messages whilst at work from Pyscho Steve and there what appears to be a killer who intent on getting Casey alone and finishing the job of what Steve Noakes started.
This novel was really well presented, characters that are likeable and a great thrilling read.
Thanks to Netgalley, Keri Beevis and the publishers for allowing me a copy of this novel.
As usual this author provides a great read. You never know what is going to happen next. Give this author a go, you will not be disappointed.
4.5 stars
This gripping and twisted psychological thriller hooked me from the first page. I loved the multiple POVs, which included the killer, as it added to the roller coaster ride. Numerous twists had me guessing, and near the end with the big reveal, I discovered I was totally wrong ... and I was totally fine with that! Not what I expected for the ending. I had a difficult time putting this one aside. This is the first book I've read by this author, but it won't be the last!
Loooooved this book!! It was a griping thriller from the very first chapter! Never start this book at bedtime or you will be up all night trying to find out what is going on!!
First I want to thank NetGalley, Boldwood Books and Keri Beevis for my ARC of Every Little Breath. This book kept me on the edge of my seat! I absolutely love Keri’s work. This was my second book by her and it absolutely did not disappoint. The book is told from multiple points of view including the killers. The epilogue blew me away! Highly recommended Keri Beevis!
Thank you Netgalley, Keri Beevis, and Boldwood Books for allowing me the opportunity to read the ARC of Every Little Breath.
I would scream from the rooftops if I could about how amazing Keri’s writing is. The books I’ve read so far are absolutely incredible. And I can’t wait for more to come out.
In this story she is nineteen when she discovered her boyfriend's father was a serial killer. She found his latest victim tied up in the basement of the house he was renovating, and it was the evidence she provided that helped convict him to a life in prison. Her boyfriend never forgave me for turning against his dad and a couple of years later took his own life. That was fifteen years ago. Now a local evening radio presenter, but it seems she can't escape what happened . Late one night the phone rings. The caller wants her to solve a riddle, and says her life depends on it. 'Only you can save her' If she dies it's your fault' And so, the deadly game begins. Someone wants revenge. Will she be able to save her? Or will she be next?
Casey stumbles upon a crime scene that has a major impact on her life. Years later, she is trying to live her life as best she can. After moving into a new apartment, she begins getting calls on her radio show from someone claiming to have abducted women, goading Casey into trying to save them.
I really enjoyed this story. The beginning was very gripping and engaging. After reading lots of thriller books this year, it becomes a bit harder for some to stand out - but this one did. The alternating points of view worked really well for the story. While I was able to predict part of the ending, it did not detract from watching it unfold. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Thanks to #NetGalley and #BoldwoodBooks for the ARC #EveryLittleBreath by #KeriBeevis. Keri has done it again with another phenomenal thriller. From the dark and twisted moments that take your breath away to the chilling ending. Highly recommend this author and her amazing books!

5 stars
Told in multiple points of view including the killers this book was a very tense and gripping read that I could'nt put down.Casey the main character knows that what's happening is linked to her past but what a massive shock to her and definitely me the reader when we find out who is responsible.
Just when you think you know it all the epilogue blows you away it was brilliant. My only gripe is that it was a tad to long.but my most enjoyable read from this author.
Thanks to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for the ARC.

The queen of creepy, unsettling thrillers, Keri Beevis, returns following The Boathouse (5 Stars) with her latest republished novel, EVERY LITTLE BREATH —a fast-paced tale of a local evening radio presenter, whose past collides with the present in this twisty, dark psychological thriller game of cat-and-mouse and misdirection keeping you guessing to the end.
SERIAL KILLER: From the disturbing Prologue to the Epilogue, the author has your attention—a terrifying serial killer, but the identity is not revealed until the end, told in first person narrative.
We meet Casey Fallon, single (19), who returned to Norwich from University and wants to end her relationship with her boyfriend, Gareth Noakes (controlling).
There is no answer after going to his parent's house to confront him. She discovers a tied-up, blindfolded, beaten woman in the basement. When the father, Steve, comes back in the room, she hides, flees, and calls 911, PC Murphy.
The father, Steve, was later arrested and charged due to her testimony. Casey was the only key witness. There were five women murdered.
Thirteen years later, Casey (34) is now working as a radio station host of the late-night show. She is doing fine without a man.
From the past and the present, Casey answers a call. It is disturbing and spine-chilling. She first thinks it is a prank but soon learns something more sinister is at play.
The radio DJ, Casey, is being tormented by a twisted killer with strange and gruesome requests. Does this have anything to do with the past? Is it connected?
"You saved one life. But can you save them all?"
A woman's body is discovered, and she is now caught up in a web of a nightmarish, menacing killer. Was Steve the wrong killer? Someone is still out there plotting revenge! Someone wants to punish Casey.
Who is the monster, and will Casey figure it out before she is the next victim?
The author knows how to create creepy atmospheric settings and suspenseful tension with a spine-chilling epilogue! I highly recommend the author's books if you have not read them.
Thanks to Boldwood Books and NetGalley for a gifted ARC for an honest review. I also purchased the audiobook narrated by Sasha Higgins and Joel Froomkin.

3.5 stars. This is the first book I have read by this author. It started off well and I did enjoy it. Bit of a slow burner and it could have been shorter but I did like it.
Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood books for the opportunity to read Every Little Breath! This was the first book I’ve read by Keri Beevis and needless to say, I am a huge fan now. This book had my full attention from the very start. I didn’t want to put it down!
The story follows Casey, who stumbles upon a beaten and tortured woman tied to a table on her boyfriend’s family’s property. After narrowly escaping and finding help, she is one of the lead witnesses in his father’s trial.
Years later, Casey starts to get wears calls at the radio station she works at. She is told she has to solve a riddle or else someone will die, only to discover that a woman’s body was found a couple of days later, beaten and tortured in a similar fashion as the woman she found when she was younger. Casey has to once again stop this killer before more people end up dying.
Every Little Breath will have you holding your breath from page one until the very end!
Wow wow wow!
What a wild ride of a book. What a unique premise and so many twists and turns!
I loved Casey and Finn and their relationship. I love how Keri always mixes in romance with her thriller books. It’s the best of both worlds.
Again, this premise was super unique. The serial killer trope has been over done, but not like this. Following the person who put the killer away and the trauma they deal with made for a good story line.
Definitely recommend this one, as I do any Keri Beevis book. 10/10
Great book! Extremely creepy and a wonderful epilogue. This is the second book I've read by this author and I hope to read many more!
Thank you to Net Galley and the publisher for this advance copy!
Casey Fallon works the graveyard shift as a DJ at a local radio station, she loves her job and hopes someday to be given a prime slot. However, when a listener rings the radio station dropping clues to where a murder will take place if Casey does not get there before the killer, she realises that her past has come back to haunt her.
This is a chilling game of cat and mouse and I was hoping against hope that Casey would outthink and outrun the murderer!
I viewed every character with suspicion, even those I really liked, but never in a million years would I have guessed that ending and it was an ending that just kept on giving. Superb!
I loved this book and finished it in 3 days (even with a full-time job and 2 kids lol) . Keri Beevis has quickly become one of my favorite authors! She is such a great writer and even though this book was longer than I usually prefer, I read late into the night and flew through it!
This is a fairly straightforward thriller, that while fairly simple, is enjoyable. Good for a bit of escapism!
The story moved at a good pace, it didn’t feel like there was a lot of unnecessary fluff. And the concept was fun - it played out very much like a movie. There were some twists and I admit that I didn’t have it all figured out at the end. Some of it was fairly obvious - almost like trying to make it obvious as a misdirect. But one twist, the main one, I didn’t guess at all.
I found the romance a little over the top. I enjoyed the playfulness between them but I’m not a fan of the instant love storyline so I found myself rolling my eyes on more than one occasion. There was a little bit of spice, but nothing explicit, and there were only a few instances of it.
I rate it at 3.5, rounded up to 4 stars. It’s probably not a book that will stick with you long term, but it’s a good way to pass the time!
Thank you to NetGalley for providing me an advance copy of Every Little Breath which I have reviewed honestly and voluntarily.
This book was definitely a fast paced thriller. Casey goes to break up with her boyfriend. As she is looking for him she discovers a kidnapped and tortured woman who she helps to escape. Her boyfriend’s dad goes to prison as a serial killer. Naturally Casey has a hard time trusting people. She takes a job in a radio station working the on air late night show. She starts receiving calls telling her it’s up to her to save a young woman. She knows it’s connected to the past but how….. definitely a 5 star
