Not my favorite kids book. While the story had potential and a great message, it wasn't engaging and the dialogue was not very believable. The illustrations also left something to be desired.

This was a cute and quick read for children. As a storm was coming, Bruno and Bo was not to leave. After hearing that the food source was low, Bruno felt the need to gather more food. On the other end, Bo wanted Bruno to obey their parents. As these situations play out, children will learn about the bond between brother's, what it mean to keep a promise, and when to inform someone when there's a situation that needs to be addressed.

This was such a cute read! This book has a great message about loyalty between two brother chimpanzees and when secrets should or shouldn’t be kept. This story is well written and easy to follow. I loved the colorful and fun illustrations and feel like they added to the story. I can see many kids loving this one!
