Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for this eARC of 'Sincerely Yours, Anna Sherwood' by Beth Reekles.

Welsh author Beth Reekles is renowned for writing probably the most cringest Wattpad novel of all time: The Kissing Booth. Don't let this deter you!!! 'Sincerely Yours, Anna Sherwood' was such a fun office romance. Miscommunication trope is rife but understandable in context, both characters were great and well written - even though Anna did annoy me with some of her actions, I did understand her point of view. Honestly, I hope this book does get a movie. I stopped multiple times mid read in a bus station to go: "Hm.. this would make a great movie."

I admit that I've never read anything by Beth Reckless, but I'm very familiar with her name. Her fame precedes her.

Sincerely yours, Anna Sherwood is the perfect cuddly novel.
It's the story of Anna and Llyod (I admit that every time I read his name, the image of Harry Styles' photographer popped up in my mind. So for me now he is the main character in this book), is a very sweet and smooth story to read.
It all begins one evening when Anna gets the best kiss of her life, only to find out that person is the son of the boss where she is about to attend an internship.

I can't tell you, I loved Llyod's constant prodding of Anna, their email exchanges, and their dialogue.
I don't understand the pretext the author used to get them to fight, in my opinion it is a bit weak, but overall it is a novel I highly recommend.

Sincerely yours, Anna Sherwood was a roller coaster ride of amazing heart-warming ups and bitter downs. The book takes place in London following Anna for the summer as she interns at Arrowmile, a huge corporation that makes eco friendly scooters and vehicles. On Anna’s first night, her and some interns go to the pub. There she meets Lloyd (muscle zaddy btw) and a connection is instantly formed. Following these characters as they figure out how to make their love work was the wholesome fast read I needed. Between the conversations of true love and the (non) dates this office romance book is absolute endearing. I fell for the characters and understood their struggles as though I was with them. Four star read and deserves to be read by college kids looking for a nice escape into a world of banter, bliss, and bangs.

What’s more complicated that the guy who gave you the best kiss of your life that you thought you’d never see again turning up in your office the first day of the internship you’ve worked your arse off for? The same guy being the boss’ son.

Anna has one goal - finish her internship and get herself on a fast track to a steady career. She’s got her first whole life planned out, but what she doesn’t plan for is the curveball of life.

This was a fun office romance, showcasing how everyone is just trying their best and battling through things no one else knows about.

Thank you NetGalley and Penguin Random House for the ARC.

An office romangst that was just as much about finding yourself as it was about finding love. It really sucked me in from page one. I felt like the grumpy/sunshine rolls were reversed in this book, with Anna being Miss Grumpy and Lloyd being Mr Sunshine. I got quite frustrated with Anna at times where I actually liked Lloyd more than her. Quite often, the main character is my favourite, but not this time. It grated on me that Anna kept blowing hot and cold, pushing Lloyd away and not realising that she was doing exactly what she felt her mum had done to her growing up; another facet to the story, which I won't spoil, but I did enjoy. The book was a great read, very easy to get in to, and perfect for those who love angst with their romance.

This book perfectly captures the stresses and strains of the transition from student to working adult, the competitiveness and camaraderie of an office environment, all whilst missing home and family.
From the blurb, Sincerely Yours, Anna Sherwood might seem like a simple romance but it is so much more. The book explores the pressures we put on ourselves or which come from family expectation. Annalise finds that getting the balance between work and life just right and not losing your sense of self in the process can be hard and there are plenty of mistakes to be made along the way. Suitable for adults and older YA.
Thanks to Netgalley and Penguin for the ARC

Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for providing me with an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Sincerely Yours is a fast paced, intense workplace romance story. The characters are realistic and engaging, it’s nice to follow along their journey.

Forbidden, workplace and second chance romance tropes come together in this story with Anna and Lloyd trying to resist their attraction in order to protect their reputations. There’s loads of ups and downs and it’s a rollercoaster of emotions, with them both blowing hot and cold on repeat. I can’t say I liked either of their characters. I found Anna frustrating and Lloyd started out great but when things kicked off, he turned out to be a bit of a tool and he treated Anna really badly despite being fully aware of the potential repercussions of any relationship between them from the start. I did love how everyone rallied around Anna and we saw that she’d truly made friends, and they weren’t all what they seemed from her initial impressions. Lloyd’s brother also seemed sweet and shy, and I would have loved to have more of him (or to have made him the male main character for the book!). Overall, wasn’t quite what I was hoping but I’m sure it’ll hit the mark for others.

I received a free copy of this book. All views are my own.

I am beyond excited for this one! I absolutely adored Beth’s last novel. I think it was one of my absolute favorite books I have read. I thought her writing was relatable and so on point! I can only imagine how good Sincerely Yours Anna Sherwood is going to be. I can’t wait for the dynamic between our two mains and sort of the love/hate relationship that is going to be in store! I will be sharing a full review and thoughts soon as I apologize I’ve been dealing with some unexpected health issues, but I couldn’t contain my excitement upon seeing this approval!
