An enjoyable, fun read, Nina has the right mix of drama and fun, thrown in with the easy to follow characters. A recommended read.

I loved The 3am Shattered Mums’ Club so it was great to revisit the ladies in this sequel. This book was easy to read because of the author’s style. It’s funny and engaging, I found myself laughing and crying with these lovely, relatable characters. If you're in search of an enjoyable and easy-to-read book about strong female friendships and empowerment then I think this will be perfect.

This book was great, it felt fresh and not like anything else I've read lately. It kept me intrigued all the way through, I didn't want to put it down.

read The 3 a.m. Shattered Mums' Club by @ninamanningauthor a while back so when I heard there was a sequel, The 6 PM Frazzled Mums' Club I was all over it!

Flash forward a few years, Sophy, Aisha and Mel are sending their little ones off to reception, and now they are facing a whole new life stage. Sophy is just out of the 3 a.m. phase for the second time as her youngest, Poppy, is headed into the toddler years, Aisha is beginning to wonder if her newfound freedom might mean some time for a new business venture, and Mel is looking forward to a new performance opportunity.

All of the comedic and realistic elements that I loved from the first book we back in this one, but as the children grew, the women grew as well. Manning's descriptions of life with small children and the relationship, friendship and emotional challenges that come with raising those children are a breath of fresh air when we live in a world of picture-perfect insta-moms (or tiktok moms?). In fact, Sophy even takes a candid video for instagram sharing her less-than-perfect feelings which perfectly sums up what I think Manning was going for all along; raising kids is not easy, but when we support each other and give each other the space to share what we are going through, we are able to get through it so much easier.

I really loved the sequel, almost as much as the first book, but if I could change one thing it would be taking the focus off the cruise. I was glad to see that there was a significant portion of the book post-cruise, I was just hoping for a little more day to day life and I felt that the time away from the families - while a good reminder that we need time away and with our friends - ate away at the actual "6 pm frazzled mums" piece. There were the classic text convos over dinner chaos, but I would have liked a little more daily chaos.

what a fun read! as a 40 something this struck so many chords with me avd i loved it!
a real easy read to get lost in on a cold winters day!

I thought this was a bit of a slow starter but once it got going it was an enjoyable read. Admittedly I thought that the middle of the book was very farfetched, I don't want to say much more than that as it would spoil it for new readers.. The book can be read as a standalone but I think that reading the previous story would help give an insight into the characters.

Sophy, Aisha, and Mel of the 3am Shattered Mums' Club are still friends four years after the first book, now with their children starting school and other complications. This was on par with the first book. Problems crop up in the women's lives, and everything is solved in a neat package by the end of the book. 3 stars.

A great story of a group of mums who deal with life through their What's App groups. This ends up complicating things when their children start school and they face new difficulties that are set to try them. The opportunity to go on a ten day cruise seems like the perfect solution...until more problems arise. A good read.

The 3 friends are back again and it’s been 4 years and we get to see whats going on in their lives now. They are still friends and still rely and support each other with parenting advice. We get to read about how their challenges in live with kids have changed.Author Nina Manning writes great characters with fun and interesting stories. I am looking forward to when these ladies kids are teenager and see how life has change.

The frazzled mums are back and their children are now starting school, which for each mum brings a new set of challenges!

After meeting outside a cancelled  toddler group as new mums in the first book they formed their own little  support group and shared their experiences via their popular podcast. However, now the intricacies of playground politics, school Whatsapp groups and obligations to the PTFA are thrown into the mix. Does it really matter if the cake you donate to the school fair is not homemade, but a blinged up sponge from the supermarket?

An entertaining book which lots of parents will relate to!

Our favorite frazzled Mum's are back I was excited to see there was a follow up to the first book. I do not have children. but find this book to be witty and fun. I love the friendships the ladies have. This was a good read and a solid 4 star from me.

This is a sequel to The 3am Shattered Mums' Club. It can stand alone, but it would be helpful to read them in order for a greater appreciation for the storyline and characters.

The author's writing is humorous and easily pulls readers in to this realistic and relatable story that will likely hit the mark with moms. Heartwarming scenes balance out the lighthearted one. This is a quick, easy read about the value of friendship.

I read and enjoyed Nina's previous novel, the 3am shattered mum's club, so I was keen to read this one. Thanks to Rachel from Rachel's Random Resources and Boldwood Books for my gifted E-Arc and spot on the blogtour.
We are reunited with the 3 friends from the first book and get to see how their lives have progressed in 4 years. They've swapped nappies for lunchboxes, but they still rely on each other for support and fun, and I enjoyed reading about their challenges. All three characters had their own stories to tell, and there were obstacles and surprises for all. Nina Manning is great at delivering relatable characters with interesting stories. I really enjoyed the book, and I look forward to her next offering.

I need a good light hearted book and this definitely hit the mark. I really enjoyed the friendship that happened between the three main women. It was so nice to think about how having that support during the rough times means so much. There were definitely some surprises in here which was nice too.

Well, what can I say other than fun and extremely relatable. This book is the second in a series, but it can be enjoyed as a standalone, as I did. My son started Reception this year, so I fully relate. I even had a mini care package of tea and biscuits from the school. Nina has written a very easy to read book of friendship, motherhood, and life moving on, as Aisha, Sophy and Mel juggle new found freedoms and new dreams. Overall, it's a very fun book
