This was an odd book. The topic was geared toward older children/adults but the pictures and setting seemed more little kid like. Not our favorite.

A heartwarming children's book that carries an important message for young readers. Tomy the Dragonfly's journey is not just an adventure but a lesson in dealing with bullying and finding self-confidence. As children aged 4 and up follow Tomy's ups and downs, they'll be inspired by the way he learns about himself and his strengths through challenging experiences.

Kunz's storytelling is both engaging and educational, making this book a valuable addition to any child's library. The colorful illustrations and relatable characters enhance the overall appeal. The Journey of Tomy the Dragonfly is a story of friendship, self-discovery, and facing fears that can resonate with both young and old readers. It's a wonderful tool for starting conversations with children about bullying and self-esteem, and it offers a beautiful message of empowerment.

This is a superb children's book, which is about Tomy the Dragonfly. Tomy gets told by a snake that he is not good enough, so Tomy is sad, and he flies around, meeting different animals who each tell him something that is good about him. Eventually he finds a dragon who the snake also spoke to, and he helps him. Together they realise they are both good enough and they become confident enough to confront the snake. This is a lovely story about believing in yourself and loving yourself, just the way you are, even when other people try to belittle you or bully you.

I loved this book! The illustrations are beautiful, with high quality colourful artwork, and there is a lot of text in the book for children aged 4 and above to devour and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book.

I love this little story ok you will to. This story teaches children about how to deal with bullying and the emotions that come with it. Unfortunately in our world kids are starting younger and younger being mean to each other. This is a heartwarming tale with the right calm feeling to help our littles understand before it’s too late. I highly recommend this book.
