Forget the date. We're halfway through the year and I'm still finding the questions in this A-Z book helpful. If you like coaching yourself or others, you'll find a topic that resonates.

I liked that I could choose a topic - an emotion, action, or idea - and work through it at my own pace. I'm stingy at giving 5-star reviews but this has been useful all year. And I plan to go back to it next year and in the coming years.

If you're stuck, trying to get to the next level in goal-setting and self-understanding ... or if you're doing practical get-in-motion counseling to encourage your employees, grown kids, or friends to take the next step, grab a copy.

Felt a little stilted and rushed. Much of the information and points in this book read like jotted notes and/or unfinished thoughts, the kind laid down as bullet points to expand on further, the makings of a rough draft. Sadly, I got this feel throughout, that it could've done with more fleshing out and explanation as it did read like jotted thoughts and it was a bit of a mire to wade through them. Points for trying/attempting to distribute these ideas, but the execution could've done with some expansion and finessing.

The pages contain practical ideas from A to Z, thought-provoking questions, and self-reflective exercises that inspire you to live your best life.

The book is an ideal companion during your moments of solitude. You can read it in the early morning before the rest of the world wakes up or during the evenings after a long day. You may also find it enjoyable while writing in your journal or taking a lunch break.

As someone who loves setting myself goals and trying to "start afresh" in the new year, I was quick to select "2024 Your Year of More". The book provides themed questions to assist you with your goal setting, I found these helpful but did not like that there was a lot of the author's personal experiences involved, it seemed unnecessary. To enhance the reader's experience, a more effective approach would involve presenting only one or two examples, those being generic examples, allowing the focus to shift towards the reader and their individual aspirations.

I picked up '2024 Your Year of More' by Noah William Smith for some end-of-year goal-setting inspiration. The book presents a structured set of questions, each themed and clearly organized, which I found helpful. However, there was a substantial focus on the author's personal experiences and life as he demonstrates how to write your goals. What would make it even better would be to have only one or two examples to follow, so the focus is on the reader and what they want to achieve.

I think putting your best foot forward and always looking ahead not behind is such an important trait for any human being to have. Now, this is easier said than done, but something that we can all work on. Working and redefining ourselves is the epitome of being human. I think that sometimes we become so caught up on the hype and trying to please others before we please ourselves is so detrimental.

This author was able to bring out those lessons that we need to hear and learn in order to become our best selves!

A short workbook that aims to help you live your best life in 2024. Can be used at any time of the year, The author continues with his A to Z theme from his previous book. This book aims to help the reader plan and execute their personal goals. There is space for reviewing progress at 3monthly intervals. This maybe useful to others, it didn’t resonate with me, possibly due to my stage of life. Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for the ARC.

This book has been written in an engrossing and intriguing way. The author has outlined effective techniques for self improvement, such as taking some time to do nothing, changing the environment we live in, and much more. Sometimes, in this busy world, a change is very much welcome by us. We need to take time to reflect on our life, ambitions, attitudes, plans, and so on, to make sure we are on the right path. This book describes just that. It rightly explains that, at times, we have to slow things down, just to examine our minds, hearts, intentions, knowledge and wisdom too.

I usually enjoy planning for the new year ahead sometime starting around September/October so I was excited to get this book. Unfortunately, there was a disconnect for me that I can't quite put my finger on. I wish I could explain better but the style just didn't resonate for me. Maybe for someone else it'd be better; I'm not the target reader.

We are coming to the end of 2023- in September as I write this, and reading this book is one sure way of planning your goals, laying them down and following through with steps that are vital, it makes for an awesome read no doubt, and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in goals, setting, planning and achieving them.
The format, structure and tone of writing is easy- and makes this a practical read.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

This guide is beneficial for those working on behavior changes, especially if they are new to goal setting. The format is simple and easy to follow. Personally, I did not find this guide beneficial, however, I am sure there is an audience for this.
