I read this book thinking it was a standalone book and was upset to see i ruined the overall mystery from the first two books. Kipling and Alyssa were the cutest and the spice was perfect. I wish the mystery wasn't over three books because it stopped me from reading the first 2 because I know how it ends.

Exposed Desire (The Benedict Brothers Book 3)

By: Tara Sue Me

📚💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕📚

In book 3 in the continuing Benedict saga we get Kipling’s and officer Alyssa aggressive love story. Boy can these to go at it. It’s so fun to read. The authors writing flawless and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

Authors Blurb: Kipling Benedict has no plans to fall in love. As the oldest Benedict brother he has dedicated his life to running Benedict Industries. Love is for his younger brothers, not for him. Or at least that’s what he keeps telling himself. But after months of verbal sparring with Charleston police officer, Alyssa Adams, he finds it harder and harder to believe that particular lie.
Alyssa Adams doesn’t have room in her life for a man, especially one as conceited and self-serving as Kipling Benedict. But when her investigation into Benedict Industries uncovers a connection to the long ago unsolved murder of her sister, Alyssa finds herself needing Kipling’s help. As they grow closer, she starts to see the real man under the facade Kipling shows the world.

However, instead of finding answers, Kipling and Alyssa only create more questions. Working together has made them certain of two things, one, they can no longer ignore the chemistry between them, and two, someone wants them dead.

With all the long buried secrets finally brought to light, Kipling and Alyssa prepare to fight the ultimate evil. But even if they succeed, they aren’t sure the Benedict family can survive.

Success. Wealth. Power.
Franklin Benedict left his three sons a legacy and an empire, and the brothers are now at the helm of one the most powerful shipping corporations in the world. Though they were raised as southern gentlemen, they have no problem living up to the playboy label they’ve been given.

Secrets. Lies. Betrayal.
But their father left behind something else. Something he thought long buried in the dark corners and the ever churning tide of the Charleston low country. And that something has the potential to tear apart the brothers and the women they’ve come to love, if it doesn’t destroy them all first.

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

This was a wonderful conclusion to the Benedicts Books. Loved Alyssa and Kipling's story, as well as the conclusion to Jade's. As with all the books in the series, there was action, mystery, love, and above all else Family. The only thing I regret about this book is it was the last in the series. Truly loved and recommend them. Easier to follow if you read all the books in order. The sub plot builds slowly throughout the series.
Can't wait to see what Tara Sue Me writes next!
I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

This book was a read where it was good but I was waiting for it to be great. The characters make sense and the plot moves along but sometimes it goes very quick and you loose some of the connection developing or get lost in what’s going on and then there were times where I felt my gaze sliding over the page. I usually really enjoy these books and love romance and in all honesty if I had paid the 99p it mentions for this book I would have been happy and would have moved on to another one but it would not then be one I’d recommend to others. I also wasn’t sure how much I believed the love story as I felt the book couldn’t choose whether it wanted to focus on the love story or the family drama and big twists instead doing both half heartedly.
I will admit I hadn’t read the first two in the series so maybe that would have helped.
Glad I read it but don’t think I’ll be picking it up again.
