The premise of this book is so unique it's hard to describe to others. I was worried it was going to be cheesy and lean into the hypnotized aspect too much and make the main characters romance see ungenuine. But that didn't happen at all. I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't happen at all. Rather the hypnosis was used as the catalyst for healing. And the romance was authentic and pure. I really liked the book and would recommend to anyone. It one of my favorites from Sariah from the last few years.

Hypnotized by Love is another excellent read by Sariah Wilson. Her fun and quirky stories always suck me in and have me fully immersed in the storyline. I will always want more about the side characters and the world around them. Savannah has a lot of issues, and while she helps others overcome their obstacles, she tends to create more barriers in her own life. Savannah lacks the self-confidence she needs and has full blinders on when it comes to her love life. Thankfully, Mason is completely infatuated with her and is willing to go through all her hoops to be with her. He is kind and patient as he waits for her to remove the murky-colored glasses that prevent her from seeing what is so obviously right in front of her. I loved Mason. He gives hope that even the most demanding women can find a man who will go through the highs and lows of life to be with them. While Savannah's twin sister had issues that she needed to overcome, Sierra came across as more mature, honest, and open-minded than Savannah, the oldest. Savannah proved frustrating at times with her inability to accept the truth and became her worst enemy by sabotaging everything with her thoughts. I found Savannah frustratingly obtuse at times, but I realized that many people in the world self-sabotage because they are scared or don't think they deserve happiness. Fortunately, in the real world and fiction, someone is always perfect for you. They balance you and help you create your best person, support system, and happiness. Hypnotized by Love is a quirky and self-reflecting romance that is a quick read.

I loved this book! The story was so interesting and fun to follow! Savannah was hurt almost beyond compare… so many misunderstandings! But Mason came and did what the BEST leading men do…figure it out! I loved it all! I was surprised, delighted and swooned like crazy throughout this book!
Thanks to NetGalley and Montlake! All opinions are my own!

I’ve always been a little bit fascinated (with a dash of scared) of hypnosis and it was a treat to read a Sariah Wilson book about just that!
Savannah and her twin sister have the best relationship, but man, that girl can hold a grudge like no other! She has some non-traditional approaches but is so careful in her craft, and there were times when I wished she was more careful in her listening skills. Mason, her former crush/best friend/now enemy, is back in town. He’s a writer and a skeptic, and also determined to set things right after all these years. And after sweeping all that aside, I found that I actually loved these characters soooo much!
Although there is a definite enemies-to-love vibe going on, the undercurrents of romantic tension and attraction were almost unbearable (in all the best ways). There was a chapter in there that I had to read several times because, phew, it was SO GOOD (iykyk 🔥)--full of chemistry and swoon that flirts with tiny sprinkles of spice.
I love a story that delivers all the sweetness, but has a bit of heart and soul to it as well, and this one found its mark. Things to love:
🔮Twin tricks
🔮SWOON
🔮Both moving back to town
🔮Mothers who are besties
🔮Crashing dates, I HATE YOU, I hate that, and denials
Content/TW: mild+ romance (make outs, kissing); talk of eating disorders; talk of inappropriate teacher/student relations

While a cute, easy to read book, I felt like the characters weren't developed as much as they needed to be. The main point of mistrust was teased out for way too long.

4 stars that should've been 5. This is such a fun, cute Rom Com. I love the writing style, the dialogue, the MMC and the side characters, the plot, the dialogue-to-inner-monologue-ratio. But I hate the big rumor that drives a huge part of the plot, and that was a huge enjoyment killer for me.
This is such a fun, fast paced, quick, and easy read. It's single, 1st POV and clean. Definitely worth your while to pick up and check out!!
Trigger warnings for a side character who was hospitalized for an eating disorder and the big rumor being a student-teacher relationship.
Thank you to the author for an ARC of this book in exchange for a review!!

Sariah Wilson is the queen of slow-burn romances and she's done it again with Hypnotized by Love. This was a cute book that started a little slowly for me, but around chapter 17 I found myself very invested in the characters and rooting for their happiness. While it wasn't my favorite book by this author, I still enjoyed it.
Trigger warning: eating disorder mentioned
Thank you NetGalley and Sariah Wilson for the opportunity to read this book! All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Savannah Sinclair is happy in her life. She has a good career as a hypnotist and meets her twin sister Sierra and best friend Bridget for coffee every morning. Then her high school crush/best friend turned enemy Mason turns up and her life gets flipped upside down. Mason a hypnotist skeptic wants to use Savannah for an article he is writing. Can she prove to Mason that hypnotism works? Will they repair their friendship? Or possibly turn into more? Read this hypnotizing book to find out!!
I just reviewed Hypnotized by Love by Sariah Wilson. #HypnotizedbyLove #NetGalley

I feel like this book would make an excellent rom-com movie. The characters (particularly the female MC) are over the top emotionally, and their actions follow suit. Which makes me think it would be great played out on a stage or screen.
Definitely recommend if you are a Sariah Wilson fan.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Savannah is hilarious at times and the banter between her and Mason is relatable. I would highly recommend reading Hypnotized by Love.

This book is a sweet romance that has enough chemistry between the main couple that it edges towards steamy. I enjoyed the banter between Savannah and Mason. I loved the twin connection between Savannah and Sierra. This book might be a trigger for anyone who is super sensitive to an inappropriate relationship between a teacher and student. Overall I really enjoyed the book.
