I have read and really enjoyed C.L. Taylors books but Every Move you Make is my favourite. I have been on pins reading this book and finished it in a couple of days. I haven’t, thank goodness, experienced stalking but reading this made me realise how terrifying it must be. Excellent writing as always by this author, I can’t recommend it enough.
Thank you to Netgalley and the author for the opportunity to read and review this book.

Every Move You Make by CL Taylor
I give this book 4.5 stars.

Alexandra, Lucy, Bridget, River and Natalie have one thing in common they are all being stalked.
Then one of their group is murdered, days after their stalker is released from prison,
The group receive a threat that another of them will die in ten days’ time, the terror that stalks their daily lives becomes all-consuming. It’s time to turn the tables and finally get their revenge…..

This unnerving book started off with a bang and didn’t let up,a relevant premise that is chilling and addictive! A group of friends, each with their own personal story to tell . . . . their situation, the threat, their fear, the impact on their lives.Supporting one another and trying to take control, BUT can you trust everyone! I loved the short chapters with everyone’s perspectives, the cleverly written storyline, the fast pace racing against the clock tension ,the twists and reveals and an explosive ending. Please read the authors note! The title also being a Police song about stalking was an extra bonus for me. Love this author!
With thanks to Netgalley,Call Taylor and Avon Books U.K for my chance to read and review this book.

This book was everything that I have come to expect from C.L Taylor. Well written with believable characters, Every Move You Make reflects a concern that affects many - stalking. Told from a multi-perspective narrative, each characters’ experience at the hands’ of their stalker is revealed. An excellent read.

I love CL Taylor books and this was no exception. I read it in a day and it had me intrigued and on edge in equal measure. The story is told through the eyes of 4 people who have stalkers and have set up a WhatsApp group to help each other. It appears they are all still being stalked and a death threat has been sent but they are not sure which one of them is the target. All they know is it is meant to happen on a certain day and each of them has something to celebrate then.
As the story unfolds, each one of them could be the target and the stalkers appear to be closing in fast. There only seems one way to stop them….
I loved the different characters - they seemed very real and relatable.

4.5 Stars. This novel has a unique premise about a group of people who are being stalked. They join a Whatsapp group in order to support and watch out for each other. Eventually after a series of life-threatening events they decide to try and take matters into their own hands...
This razor-sharp thriller is very cleverly written, full of tension and suspense. Told in multiple POVs the characters were very well developed and the author manages to portray the creepiness and helplessness that the characters feel as well as maintaining a menacing undercurrent running throughout the book.
The helplessness of the main characters experiencing such a believable scenario made it suspenseful throughout.
This is a tense, chilling and creepy read, told at a breathtaking pace, a real page turner.
Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley UK for the ARC.

Having loved the author’s previous novel, The Guilty Couple, I was extremely excited for this one and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a twisty whodunit style Agatha Christie, you’ve come to the right place!

I think this my favourite CLTaylor yet. I read it in one day and literally couldn’t put it down. With such a strong start, the story of a self made group of people who were being stalked was utterly compelling. The worry of never really knowing who to trust was real and I found myself doubting characters at times. The ending was satisfying, and the authors note at the end showed her courage in writing about a lived experience.

Very confusing at the beginning trying to get my mind round all the characters.
They have come together to try and support each other as they are all victims of a stalker. It has some twists and turns but very predictable.
Thank you Net Galley & C L Taylor for an advanced copy of this book

Another fabulous read from C.L. Taylor with a plot line that I found incredibly realistic and one that far too many will be able to relate to unfortunately. I took a couple of goes to get into the characters and get a full understanding of who they were but once I did this became completely unputdownable! A super twist and lots of red herrings make this a must read for fans and will certainly tempt new readers to discover her backlist.

This novel is so tense, I absolutely loved it. Being single isn't so bad at all if you see what could happen to you.

Alex, Lucy, River and Bridget are the members of a WhatsApp group for people being stalked. Their life was already agony but now it seems that one of them receives the message they will be murdered, only it's unclear who is targeted. And so the countdown from 10 days to 0 and the nail-biting starts (and the regular stalking continues).

Every Move You Make is a real page-turner. Some of them know their stalker really well, other stalkers remain invisible and I don't know what's worse. The only thing they can do to keep safe is balancing on a fine rope of both keeping track of their stalkers whereabouts and staying far away from them.

My  thoughts also wondered for a while why they simply didn't go to the police but some of them have good reasons not to go to the police and one of them did actually report their stalker. It's a fact that the police can't do much, as usual, so it's really up to them to find out who they should most be afraid of. The stalkers can't know but they're the ones who'll be watched next. Now there's a taste of your own medicine ha!

Every Move You Make kept me guessing throughout the novel. The scene at the bar made me even doubt characters I was rooting for until then. Who to trust, it's certainly a difficult one this time, but I loved the twists and the fight or flight mode was brilliantly done.

I really liked the personal note the author included at the end of the novel, sharing her own story and what inspired her to write this novel. It's horrible of course but at least one good thing came out of it because she delivered a very gripping novel. The only down part is that I'm stuck with singing the title of this novel, every single time I see it. And then it feels like it just stops mid-sentence so I need to finish the sentence. Isn't it a little twisted that it's a song from The Police or am I completely paranoid after reading this? OK we'll have that discussion another time.

I love CL Taylors writing and have read all her previous books, This is a different plot as I have not read many thrillers involving stalkers. This will keep you on the edge of your seat through out, some points are a bit unrealistic i thought but suits the story all the same. If you are a fan of the authors work you are in for a treat! Thanks to the publisher and netgalley for the chance to read this arc.

4 stars to this riveting stalker thriller!

I really enjoyed CL Taylor’s writing—it was gripping and the author’s note at the end explains how she so realistically wrote about being stalked. The characters were also excellently portrayed and each had a unique and engaging storyline. I was kept on the edge of my seat with the twists, as I often thought I had them figured out, only to be surprised by the reveals. Several plot points veered into unrealistic and absurd territory, as is often the case with these types of thrillers, but the overall story was super fun and enjoyable.

This is my second highly starred read by Taylor and I plan on reaching for more!

Every Move You Make is fast paced read with twists and turns and an ending I thought I had predicted.

I was wrong.

You meet Nat, Alex, Bridget , Lucy and Nat that formed a group in hopes of watching out for each other.

All have them stalkers and all of them are desperately afraid for the lives.

One dies.

The perpetrator has made it know their will be more deaths in ten days.

The tension is palpable as you feel their fear and learn their stories.

You will be looking over your own shoulder at times.

C.L. Taylor always does an amazing job with twists and turns, red herrings, characters we love, those we don't and she keeps you turning the pages quickly.

Ever Move you Make is no exception.

Pick up your copy and settle in for a fantastic read that has your heart pounding.

Please take time to read the author's notes, they add a lot to the book and will keep you thinking.

Thanks to NetGalley and Avon Books UK, Avon for a nail biting read.

This book was a real page turner and I finished reading it in a day and a half. It tells the story of a group of people who were victims of stalkers who met via a stalking group and they all feel threatened with their lives.
The end of the story I would never have guessed it really kept me on my toes trying to work it all out.
C L Taylor also shared at the end of the story her own experiences which I feel was a very brave thing to do and made me think about the book even more.

Wow, 'Every Move You Make' is a terrifying, exhilarating stunning read from Taylor. It is made all the more terrifying by how real the events could be which was only heightened when I finished the book and read the author's note.
The plot is harrowing and Taylor covers some very difficult subject matter so be warned. However Taylor executes it perfectly and gets the perfect balance between drama and reality. I for one was hooked from the start and devoured this quickly as I wanted to see what was going to happen next.
Taylor's characters are sublime as well and only help to make the book feel more real. They were very realistic characters and quite likeable and I was rooting for them the whole way through. To say I enjoyed this book feels strange due to the topics covered however I did enjoy this and found it a thrilling, gripping read. Taylor does of course throw in twists along the way which only increased my enjoyment of this read.

Thank you to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for the advance copy to read.

The story follows four people who have become friends through an online stalking group. Throughout the book there are WhatsApp messages from their group FYST which stands for F@#k you stupid tw@ts.

This is a race against time to find a murderer before being murdered. They each try yo help each other with their stalkers.

The book is easy to read, fast paced and delivers a plot twist at the end.

Whilst I really wanted to know how it ended I didn't really connect with the characters or the story. In places it felt slightly too long.

I imagine lots of people will enjoy this book but for me there was a slight disconnect.

Also, make sure to read the authors notes to hear where the idea for the story came from. Its certainly opened my eyes to stalking and just how intense it can be.

3.5 stars.

I read this, smugly, thinking I’d worked out exactly who was at the centre of this thriller. Nope. That twist at the end was brilliant!

An intriguing and gripping story, I loved the characters and can't wait to read more by this author.

Well if you’re looking for a really great mystery thriller and one that’s going to keep you on your toes then look no further as this is precisely how I would describe the book. What I loved about it the most is that it kept me guessing right until the end and even though I thought I knew the outcome when I realised I most certainly didn’t for me a person who reads a lot of mystery thrillers it was so damn refreshing and I loved that about this book.
It’s an intricate plot with some fabulous characters that be came more and more intriguing as the story progressed. At the heart of the story is the horrible subject of stalking and the author has done a wonderful job of dealing with this in a very empathetic manner which can’t have been easy given what she went through herself so I really do admire her for that.
From start to finish I loved the book, the characters and the plot and I can 100% recommend it as a superb read and one not to be missed in my opinion.
Thank you so much CL Taylor it was a hell of a great read.
My thanks also to NetGalley and Avon Books UK for giving me the opportunity to read the ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.
