The moment I finished Heir to Thorn & Flame I ached for the sequel and it did not disappoint. Heir to Frost & Storm picks up shortly after it's predecessor ended and it is non-stop action and emotion from there. An emotional roller coaster from start to finish I laughed, I cried, I cheered, and I swooned so many times I feel wrung out. I could hardly put this book down, it haunted me in my sleep.

Every mystery and question posed in the first book was met with answers that bred more mysteries, more questions, the answers to which were more devastating than the last in the best way possible. The relationships begun in the first book are fleshed out and deepened in ways I never dreamed would be real. New relationships were forged and tested... and in some cases broken in the best of ways.

Max and Simion's journey through book one and now through book two has been one of my favourite things about this book. Simion's devotion to Max makes my heart warm in the best way. Max's struggles with his feelings for Simion while being still bonded to Camron made my heart ache for him.

And finally that ending... just like Heir to Thorn & Flame, Heir to Frost & Storm ends in a way that leaves you aching for the next book in the best way. Court of Broken Bonds is an incredible series and I cannot wait to see how it ends in book 3.

Ben, your books are amazing, I have loved everyone I've read even when they make me cry. Thank you giving me the gift of this digital ARC to consume the last three days of my life. I wish I could give it more than 5 Stars, because it deserves it.
