Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read and review this ARC.
I missed the chance to download the book and ended up reading it on KU. While the authors experiences are really horrible and I feel really bad; this was not good poetry.
Heal by Vincenzo Price hit home and my heart! I loved the sense of intimacy and understanding that came along with it. It was heartwarming, hurtful and repairing all at the same time. Like all girls weekends! I truly enjoyed this poetry collection,
Thank you #NetGalley. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
A deeply moving and heartfelt exploration of the human experience. Vincenza Price's words resonate with raw emotion, touching on the universal themes of love, loss, and abuse. Each poem in this collection is like a window into the human soul, revealing the complex tapestry of feelings we all carry within us.
Price's ability to capture the essence of these emotions and thoughts is truly remarkable. Her words offer solace and understanding, making readers feel less alone in their own struggles. Heal is a poetic journey that reminds us that healing is possible.
While I liked a couple of the poems, the style isn't the type of poetry I enjoy.
I received a copy via NetGalley, all opinions are my own.
Heal by Vincenza Price is a book that speaks to your heart, no matter who you are or where you come from. With each poem, I felt like I was diving into a pool of emotions, both dark and light. This book isn't just a collection of verses; it's a companion for those times when you need to know that someone out there understands what you're going through.
Reading Heal was like having a heartfelt conversation with a friend who's been through it all. Price's words are like a comforting embrace, assuring you that you're not alone in the rollercoaster of feelings we all experience.
