Just WOW! Loreth Anne White is a new to me author and I’m totally hooked. This was a fantastic read. Great characters that made me feel like I was a part of the story. Well laid out and perfectly stitched together and executed. Captivating book all the way around and I can’t wait to read more of her books. Highly recommend
Thank you NetGalley and Loreth Anne White for the opportunity to read and review this fabulous book.

A great thriller with lots of twists and turns. I really thought that I knew where the story was going, but the final twist got me!

I absolutely loved The Maids Diary and couldn’t wait to devour this one and devour it I did!

Told from multiple POV- this story had me guessing all the way until the end, and I did not see that final twist coming!

Thoroughly enjoyed this and can’t wait to go back and read some of her older books as well.

If you trust my recommendations (even a smidge) and haven't read a book by @lorethannewhite, I don't think we can be friends 🤣.

ALL KIDDING ASIDE - I utterly devoured her newest book, #theunquietbones. Thank you to the @netgalley and #montlake Gods for offering this as #readnow - please please PLEASE go grab this gripping and chilly #thriller - you will not be disappointed, I promise.

In typical Loreth Anne fashion, I could not put this book down. I normally steer clear of novels that involve too many characters, but they were easy to keep up with and all play a very critical role in the plot.

When I tell you that my jaw DROPPED at the twist, I am not lying! I quite literally never saw it coming 😮‍💨. It was crafted so perfectly that the reader will assume that every character but the killer is actually responsible for Annalise and Darryl's death.

The crime scene and autopsy analysis are also incredibly well written. I love that I learn more and more about forensics every time I pick up this genre.

An easy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. I am your BIGGEST FAN! Keep up the amazing work - I have loved every single book by you, Loreth Anne ❤️.

This book publishes 3/5/2024!

It looks like Annalise Jansen may be coming home at last. Missing for decades, the discovery of bones in the woods appear to belong to the missing teenager. Detective Jane Monro never wants to deliver this kind of news to grieving parents, but in this case, she hopes that the news will help the girls parents get some kind of closure. But at the same time, a group of Annalise‘s old friends feel very differently. They promised each other many years ago to keep the secrets of their terrible mistake buried and now they have too much at stake to risk those secrets from coming to life.
