This book was marked for children, but in my opinion, adults can do the coloring too, with meditation and mindfulness, savoring God's goodness in our lives. His promises are true, as we color the verses, we are reminded how His promises have sustained us. How His love has guide us, protect us and give us strength to move on. This can also be a reminder that He will always be with us. When you're in trouble, the verses you color will sustain you and your faith.

Pros: This book made me think of the coloring pages I did in Sunday School as a child! I think coloring can be a wonderful way for kids to be creative, and it also provides for quiet time. Kids could be encouraged to pray or think about the Bible verse on the page while coloring. Also, I know that this book says it is for kids, but I think adults could also enjoy the meditative practice of coloring and thinking on the Bible verses.

Cons: This is not a con but more a note for the age of the users of this book. I would suggest this book for older kids who can read and are advanced colorers because the patterns are very detailed.

Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for the opportunity to read this book.

This is such a lovely coloring book! As a mom of a 3 year old, I love the idea of having coloring pages for her to help her memorize Bible verses, but I also love the idea for myself. What a wonderful way to calm your mind and focus on the verse you’re coloring as you meditate and pray over it. This is a beautiful book with plenty of pages and options. I will be ordering two of these—one for myself and one for my daughter. I only wish the translations were included somewhere, even on the back of the pages. Thanks, Grandpa B and publisher!
