This was a strange mix of European Noir and sci-fi...some excellent world building and descriptive writing in places, but I couldn't get into the story at all.

Pacific State is a great example of what a Cyberpunk novel should be (unlike the ones branded after the famous video-game).

The lives of each character are thoroughly explained, giving them flesh and making them relatable.

I'm not going into details here. I hate spoilers, I rarely read the blurbs on books, trying to start them with an open mind. I suggest you do the same. If you're into Cyberpunk, this is a great book for you to read.

Thank you for the advanced copy!
