This is a great recipe book for someone looking for healthy alternatives to the typical sugary smoothies. I’m excited to implement this recipes into my diet and eating plan!

If you have a protein powder that you love, this is a good book. Every single recipe has "1 serving of protein powder" as an ingredient. There are a lot of recipes so that you can mix up so many flavors.
If, however, you are looking for a book that helps you create smoothies from real/whole ingredients, this is not the book for you. If you don't want to turn to processed protein powders, there is not a single recipe in the book that will work for you.
