A fun and enjoyable hockey romance read. This is not my first book by Jenny Proctor and it won’t be my last!
Felix and Gracie were enjoyable main characters. It was lovely to see their relationship develop.
This was a cute and easy romance book I’d recommend if you’re looking for a nice light read.

I really enjoyed the next novel in the Sweater Weather series. This story about Felix and Gracie was fun to read it bloom. I recommend this book. Thanks to NetGalley for the advanced copy. #NetGalley #AbsolutelyNotinLove

This was an okish read for me. It was very sweet but also very slow. I was hoping for a sort of Sarah Adams type vibe, cozy and cute but it just didn’t live up to that for me. I found both characters pretty annoying at times and some of the situations were just drawn out too much for me. If your looking for a really light book then you could definitely give this a go and see what you think.

this book was super sweet and cute, the denial stage of any romance book always gets me hooked. they refuse to be in love with each other but you couldn’t just stop. something about this is so exhilarating. this book kept me entertained. thank you so much to the author, publishers, and netgalley for the opportunity.

Just absolutely yes! Hockey romances are the best and I enjoyed it very much! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for access to this book.

I really enjoyed this book! Felix and Gracie’s story was cute, light, and fun. They were easy to like, fun to read about, and I enjoyed getting to see them fall in love! I do wish, for my own personal preferences, that we got a bit more depth to each of the characters. I think it would have added a nice level of complexity to the story, but I still really enjoyed it. It’s a great quick, easy read! Felix was definitely swoon-worthy!!

The amount of times I giggled squealed and bunch my bed is no joke this book was so good it’s not funny I’m sad it took me a bit to actually read it but man am I happy I did

I enjoyed this book so much! Most of my romance books are steamy... but lately I have found myself reading more clean romance books and enjoying them a lot. This one, apart from the romance, has a great plot. Gracie and Felix have a lot of problems with their families and while they resolve them, their relationship becomes stronger. I hope to read more books from this saga... and more from you!

This is the final installment of the Sweater Weather series. It's comprised of seven interconnected stand-alone closed door romances set in idyllic Harvest Hollow, TN town during the fall season. While each book can be read as a stand-alone, it's nice to see characters from the other books as well as revisit the local businesses.
We started the series with a hockey romance in Just Don't Fall and end with one as well! Gracie and Felix are neighbors in an apartment building. She's a cellist and he's the goalie for the local hockey team. Unfortunately for Feliz, Gracie has sworn off of hockey players. He's determined to change her mind. I loved their slow burn romance as they learned about each other and dug a little deeper into some of their own stuff. They were able to see and appreciate each other's strengths and were willing to do some soul searching about their own patterns too which I love. They were a delightful couple!
4.5 stars rounded up to 5.
Thanks to the author for q gifted copy. All opinions are my own.

This was just really cute. Felix was adorable in the way that he overthought absolutely everything. He was so determined to get Gracie to let down her walls and I loved it. Gracie seeing how good of a person Felix is and how much he really cares was everything. She truly trusts him and it was wonderful to see.

Such a fun and enjoyable read. Light and cute, with a charming setting and endearing characters. Loved the crossover nods to other books/characters in the Sweater Weather series!

This is the seventh installment of the Sweater Weather series and was an absolutely adorable read! I always love picking up something by Ms Proctor. Her books are always fun and cute and give me the warm fuzzies, and this one was no different. I typically don't go much for sports romances, but since it is a Jenny Proctor book, I was all for it. And I was not disappointed! Gracie and Felix are neighbors, and although Gracie is attracted to Felix, she avoids him at all costs because he is a hockey player. She has more experience than she would like with being around hockey players with her brother being one, and would not like to repeat the experience. But when she has an emergency in her apartment, she is forced to temporarily move in with Felix. Spending time with Felix, she realizes that she may have let her preconceived notions cloud her judgement of him, and they both get to know each other better and begin to develop a friendship that develops into something more.
This was a lovely, slow burn romance with likable characters that I was immediately endeared to. A very sweet story that is perfect for snuggling up with on the couch with a nice hot drink on a cold day. Most definitely recommend!
I received a complimentary copy from Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.

I really, really enjoyed Felix’s character but I just couldn’t connect with the FMC. I felt a lot of their relationship was told to me rather than shown through the writing. Overall it was just not one of the best things I read!

How is this my first Jenny Proctor book?? Absolutely Not in Love is book #7 in her Sweater Weather series and I'm shocked I haven't read any of her other contemporary romance books. I really enjoyed getting to know Felix and Gracie through the duel POV. Gracie is the cellist who hates hockey due to her hockey obsessed family and Felix is the goalie for the local minor league hockey team neighbor that tries to change her mind on hockey players. The spice level is low in this book and according to Gracie, turtle slow not sloth slow. I will very much be going and finding all the rest of these books in the series.

Thanks to NetGalley and Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op for the chance to read this book.
Absolutely not in love is the 7th book in the Sweater Weather series. Each book in this series is written by a different author. I haven't yet read the other books in the series, but I have high hopes on them all flowing well. I don't think the fact that I've yet to read the others affected the story at all.
I really enjoyed the fact that there were small tie-ins from Jenny Proctors Hawthorne Brothers series.
The storyline is about two people who both have issues with their parents not accepting their career choices, so they connect on that level, but their major connection is through music. They are both extremely likeable characters, which makes it a really pleasant book to read.

This book was awesome. It took classic sports romance characters and turned them on their heads.
Felix is a hockey goalie for the Appies. Yet he's not defined by hockey alone. Gracie who has sworn off hockey players is a cellist with amazing talents and skills. When these two neighbors keep running into each other will sparks fly or will their pasts keep them from opening up to their potential future together?
✍️This book was full of sweet moments, swoony banter, and showed the depth to people that goes beyond the surface. I loved the layers that were unpeeled helping us love these characters. Their ability to heal and grow was astounding and I loved the growth they both showed by the end of the book. Of course there were some swoony kisses too.
💋: make-outs with French kissing, closed-door, on the higher end of PG-13 with some innuendo
⚠️Issues with parents
Thank you to NetGalley for the advanced reader copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Thank you NetGalley for sending me this ARC. I may have found a new favorite series!
Gracie is a very talented musician and middle school symphony teacher. She is exactly where she wants to be in life. Until she starts getting to know her neighbor Felix. There is only one major red flag. Felix is a professional hockey player. Gracie has sworn off the sport and anyone associated with it because of her past. But....maybe Felix is different.
I love this book and, honestly, I may go back and read the previous installments in the series. I love Gracie. She is no damsel in distress. She knows exactly what she wants, but isn't so bull-headed and she can't see past her own insecurities and delusions. Felix is a perfectly written MMC. Everyone should want a Felix. All in all, a very enjoyable read.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for this ARC. A sports romance and a cinnamon roll MC. YES PLEASE!!! This was such a good read. It made me swoon time and time again. Highly recommend!

She loves music and hates icehockey.
He loves music and icehockey (because he is a player)
a long time she had to step back behind her brother's icehockey plans and was always on 2nd place for her parents.
What when they will know who is her neighbor?
He loves her playing cello in the evining. But he has to choose a decision, which is the most important thing he wants.
Great for cold afternoons (not evening you cant fall asleep before finishing)
have fun reading!

Delightful and fast read. Fans of hockey romance won't be disappointed by this book.
The characters were so well written and felt real and relatable. The romance is so swoonworthy with off the charts chemistry.
I cannot recommend it enough.
