*The Wild Remedy Journal* is a beautifully crafted and thoughtfully structured tool designed to nurture mental well-being throughout the seasons. With its four distinct sections for each season, starting with Spring, it offers a unique journey into nature's healing power.

This journal is a treasure trove of inspiration. Each page is filled with prompts that invite you to explore your thoughts and feelings in connection with the ever-changing natural world. The activities included are not just creative and engaging but also serve as gentle encouragement to embrace the great outdoors. There's ample space for your own drawings, allowing you to express your feelings and findings through art.

The quotes scattered throughout the journal resonate deeply with the rhythms of nature, adding an extra layer of reflection. The illustrations are stunning, enhancing the overall experience and making each page a joy to explore.

I'm optimistic that this lovingly crafted book, along with its activity ideas and journaling prompts, will prove to be a valuable tool for improving my mental health. I liked it so much that I bought a hard copy too, which i would recommend over the e-copy (though you can use that and a blank journal maybe!). If you're looking for a beautiful and meaningful way to connect with nature and enhance your mental well-being, *The Wild Remedy Journal* is an absolute must-have. Highly recommend!

Wonderful book with beautiful illustrations. The diary part was really nice and made it a lot more personal. I particularly liked how went through the seasons and it makes it a lot more accessible.

As activities like the Japanese practice of "forest bathing", and the growing focus on gardening as a form of "green exercise" - useful not only in terms of physical activity but also for its mental health benefits - clearly demonstrate, human beings need a connection with nature in order to thrive.

In this book, Emma Mitchell offers a personal account of her own encounters with wildlife over the course of a one year period. Sharing her experiences, and some beautiful illustrations, she takes us along on her journey, which is nothing short of a privilege.

By clarifying how engaging with the natural world can promote our own wellbeing, Emma does us all a great service. The way the book is structured also gives readers an opportunity to create a journal of their own experiences. All in all, a wonderful offering.

I really enjoyed this journal. It's the perfect mix of scientific information, personal stories and journal prompts. I will definitely try those prompts and I really appreciate that they are according to season. I just wish the journal would have been longer because I enjoyed it so much.

The Wild Remedy Journal is a beautiful book focused on ways to help you with your mental health throughout the seasons.
I’ve been a follower of Emma Mitchell since 2020, with her beautiful books Making Winter and The Wild Remedy, and this book is a perfect companion to her work.
It’s a journey through the seasons full of gentle tasks, information, guidance and the stunning artwork that she creates.

This would make a lovely gift for anyone creative in your life. I received the EBook as an ARC but I am sure the physical copy will be stunning.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book, all opinions are my own.

Taking you through the seasons, you will be able to appreciate every part of the year around you.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for giving me the opportunity to read this book.
