Informative book that read a bit dry. Some of it felt self-explanatory but I have been doing a 16;8 fast for awhile.
I have read alot about the pros and cons and intermittent fasting and try to follow it most days. One does feel better and I think it does help stave off weight gain and gives your body a chance to rest.
Well written book but not in depth researched. I've read more interesting books on that topic such as Meg Ramos or Jason Fung. Good for beginners maybe. If it's based on author's experience it should be more how to cope in many difficult time when fasting.
This book contains lots of useful information about intermittent fasting that will be helpful if I decide to try this for the first time.
Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for my e-copy in exchange for an honest review
A lot of good information in this book, especially for someone who is a true beginner to fasting. I feel like I learned a lot. Not sure if I could do this long term but I could do it for a short period.
