The current state of Dog breeding is really worrying so any book like this I think it’s helpful for the cause of better breeding. Lots of people currently have working breeds as companion pets and this causes lots of behavioural issues as someone studying in animal training and behaviour this is an important issue for me, some really sport insights but quite heavy and so may not be appropriate for a general audience

An amazing book with a wealth of information.

Dog breeding has become a huge problem. The authors of this book have made the science accessible to those wanting to breed or wanting to breeder healthier, more balanced dogs.

Highly recommend.
