I love a good enemies to lovers romance, but when I saw this was a sweethearts to enemies to lovers second chance romance I didn't have to think twice about grabbing this because Camilla Isley is such a strong writer that she never fails to engage me with a strong narrative and a great romance. The fact that is a pregnancy story, but one that focuses on IVF, did give me more than a moments pause, but again Isley,'s strength as a writer pulled me in. I am glad that it did because this was a well written romance that was perfectly balanced with the bittersweet real world topics of a woman wanting to start a family while facing one of the hardest realities of her life so far. Of course there are a lot of convenient twists of fate to bring the lovers back together that pushed the narrative a little faster than I would have liked, but its a romance and I can accept that as long as the characters are well developed and I feel for them as people. This is something that Isley always delivers.
A quick and easy rom com read. However the Brittany Spear's song hit me baby one time kept playing in my head as I was reading it. But that might just be because I'm a 90s kid and an 200s teen.
i absolutely adored marissa and john. they are so funny and i love the fact that this book captures you from page 1 to the end.
"**Baby, One More Time**" by Camilla Isley is a delightful romantic comedy that blends humor and charm with a captivating storyline. Isley’s witty dialogue and endearing characters make for an entertaining and heartwarming read.
Cute romance with both the second chance romance and enemies to lovers tropes. Well written, albeit sometimes far fetched and ultimately predictable. entertaining characters with good connections and funny banter. I enjoyed the secondary characters a lot and they added significantly to the overall story. Touches are some harder issues like IVF which was refreshing. Pacing was a little uneven, but overall I enjoyed the book.
This is a good book. The two main characters are Marissa and John. They have known each other for all their lives. They dated in high school till John broke up with Marissa. Sixteen years later Marissa s going through with her plans to get pregnant with a donor. She walks into the doctor’s office and the doctor seeing her is John. She has lots of trust issues with John. They find out together that John was the donor, he didn’t even know it. They start dating and then fall in love.
I really liked this book and the character development in it. I think that it could have been Better if the characters had more communication
This book is perfect for anyone looking for a light-hearted read.
This is a romantic comedy that will make you laugh plenty of times and swoon with its heartwarming moments.
The premise of a fake relationship turning into something more adds a fun twist to the classic romantic trope, with its lovable characters and feel-good storyline,

This cover is FIRE and would have drawn me in on its own if I didn't already know I wanted it since it's Camilla Isley. I love all her books and this one definitely did not disappoint!
I have read most of Camilla Isley’s books and have loved them all! This story is told with heart, humor, and many human touches. Really like the interplay of Marissa’s and John’s perspectives. Filled with wonderful characters and modern day dilemmas, this is a darn good read! I very much enjoyed this book and I do recommend it!!
I received this arc in exchange for an honest review. 🤍
absolutely loved this! this pregnancy trope was so well written and unique. i loved seeing the characters from ‘not in a billion years’ and the crossovers.
a second chance, single dad, (accidental but not) pregnancy romance 🌸🩷
This book as all of Camilla Isley's books was wonderful to me! I feel as though she really focuses on topics that aren't always addressed, in this book she tackles IVF while also upholding the STEMINIST women of the story. The main character created and launched her own app, while also working for another company high up. Previous books have also had STEM highly featured! Her books are heavy on romance, but light on the smut and yet I still love them every time. They're feel-good books, and this one was second chance romance/enemies to lovers (although the enemies was definitely one sided), heave on the man hardcore pursuing the woman, plus single doctor dad, what isn't to love? I highly recommend this book, and the series to others, I have a feeling I'm going to absolutely LOVE Thomas' book next because of his banter! You hit it out of the park again Camilla!
Ahhh, I absolutely loved this book! I immediately got sucked into the story between Marissa and John. John is a doctor, and also her ex. What a wonderful story. I laughed, I cried, I stayed up late ignoring my family so I could finish this book. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this.
thank you to netgalley for the advanced reading copy. I really enjoyed this and will be getting copies for my shop.

This book is so cute.
It’s fast paced and easy to read. It captures you from the first chapter. You’ll laugh and cheer Marissa and John on from the start.
Some of the book is definitely a little far fetched but if doesn’t make it any less of a good read.
Can’t read to other books by Camilla Isley especially Blake and Gabriel’s story.
Wow this book was very drama filled and very interesting. I enjoyed reading it and the main love interest was very thoughtful and considerate.
Ms Isley’s latest offering continues to be most enjoyable with loveable characters, and a heartwarming story. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I have done.
