The book delivers what the blurb says. Sustainability is a new area which companies are expected to contribute to with policy & procedures, and regulations are mounting. It is not easy to understand, organize and be ready to collect, analyse, report and make appropriate product and services changes. This book is very good in explaining the basic concepts covering ESG and its alignment to the larger UN SDG goals. There is also good introductory information on regulations and implications for businesses.
