If you enjoy history, you are going to love this one! Timeless Wonders takes you through some of the astounding structures from the ancient world. Step back in time and visit some of the most amazing places on earth through this read.

Highly enjoyable! This was a fun read for me.

I found Timeless Wonders very profound (in fact the word profound was used approximately 53 times over 120 pages) and when it wasn't profound, it was transcending (40 times). At least one sentence was both profound and transcending.

Timeless Wonders travels with author Bruce Deoraj as he visits some major sites, the Mayan site of Chichen Itza, the Colosseum in Rome, Stonehenge in England, the Pyramids of Egypt, Petra in Jordan and Taj Mahal in India. He compares his feelings between these sites as the book progresses.

One chapter towards the end of the book speculates as to how these marvels were created and discusses aliens. (Because it always seems to come up in research. huh?)

At the end it seemed that he now has a family; I wondered the author had any traveling companions and what their thoughts were.
