Great idea and gift from Netgalley - thank you! I now need to remind myself to use it each time I finish a book
I like the thought of this, I wish I had started using it right at January, I am not able to go back and check my Netgalley ratio from the beginning of the month, so because of this some portions will be left blank, and thats the kind of thing that will drive me nuts.
Im just starting to fiddle around with it, not too sure how much I will use it thought.
This is great for people who want to track all their reads and have something to look back at the end of the year. It works well on my iPad and with my apple pencil. I most likely won't complete every section but I do love the digital bookshelf!
Probably won't use, but it is a nice idea for those who want to log their yearly reads this way. I liked the layout and if I was inclined to keep a reading diary on my PC this would be my choice
I really like this. It is very well organized and easy to use with my Apple Pencil. I have been looking for something like this for a long time and bought several that I tried to make work. This has everything I need.
Nice idea, but is just so much work to complete. And that is all time that could be spent reading more books! If this was interactive, pulled my information from Goodreads and then reminded me to complete other monthly objectives then I would really enjoy it. As it is I will pass.
Thanks for the NetGalley Reading Journal by We Are Bookish gift. I'm reviewing this so that it doesn't appear as if I'm leaving anything registered on my profile without a review.
This has been a blast to use! So thankful it was available and easy for me to fill out. I’ve never been a book journal person but this has changed my mind.
I love the simple layout of this journal! It is a nice format that can include my Netgalley reads as well as others.
Great journal helps me keep up with books I read and my tbr. Very simple and easy to use and understand. Love the design
The journal is well thought out, nicely organized provides a lot of room for thoughts and feedback. However, it's much more than I need. I prefer something more streamlined. As my time can be limited and my schedule full, the design of the reading journal is overwhelming
it would be great if this were offered in different formats as well, like Publisher or Canva. I'm enjoying using this, it's helping me feel excited about getting on top of my NetGalley goals.
I like the idea of a digital journal but in reality I find it a bit frustrating to use. I would rather have a hard copy journal of this instead. I tried downloading goodnotes just to try it out and while I’m sure once I got the hang of it, it would be easier, I didn’t have enough patience to test it out very long. I like the prompts, activities and the layouts of this and would be very interested in a hard copy version.
This is such a Great idea- would love to have a hard copy of this too properly bound (would pay for this- is it something that could be considered?)
I really love this visual journal for keeping track of everything! I gave it a shot for a month, but I found myself always going back to my trusty spreadsheet to track my reading. I think I'll still use certain parts, like the activities and monthly reading set up pages, but I won't be using it to record all of my reading. Just personal preference!
The NetGalley Reading Journal offers book enthusiasts a digital space to organize, track, and reflect on their reading journey. As an avid reader, I found the journal to be a valuable companion in my literary adventures. Whether you're a casual reader or a dedicated bookworm, the NetGalley Reading Journal is a worthy companion.
Thank you for providing a new way to journal our reading. This was very helpful to navigate. This is very useful for my reviews and tracking my books.
This is very fun! I have not started using it just yet, but it has been fun to play with and figure out how to use!
This was really well formatted! I have never used a digital journal before but this was easy to navigate for a newbie. I would definitely continue using something like this year to year.
I have been using this journal on my iPad for the past couple of months and I am absolutely loving it. I think the layout is very user-friendly yet has all of the details I would like to add about the books I’m reading. I love that it is helping me keep my net galley review books in order and helping me to stay on time with them. This is definitely one of the best tools that I have used thus far for reading.
