NetGalley gets 5 stars for this journal. It contains nice prompts to help facilitate reading and reflecting, which helps me remember my books better.
This is a great resource to have access to. The "activities" section towards the end has a few good ideas for reading challenges/coloring pages/brackets. I prefer tracking my reads on paper rather than digitally, but it's nice to have the option provided by NetGalley.
The NetGalley Reading Journal is a really helpful resource. This is a fun way to set goals and track progress through the year.
What a great way to keep track of the books I've read and a good place to keep the reviews. I love to read and often find myself going on to the next book before sending in the review. Then I end up behind on reviews. EGADS. This has been a useful tool.
It’s a nice idea! In practice, though, it’s more cumbersome than the app I use to track the same details about the books I read.

Easy to use/navigate.
With appreciation
I really want to love this, but I am finding it very difficult to navigate and use. Great in concept and it's beautiful to look at but not as user friendly as I hoped.
I loved the idea of this activity, however I found it slightly confusing and wasn’t entirely sure what to do. Also, I didn’t have a lot of time to commit, so it’s probably mostly user error. But five stars for the idea.
I love this journal. It’s such a fun way to keep up with your reading love and an outlet to be creative at the same time. I think the format is so easy to use and go through.
Love it! Great for newbies and regulars alike.
It allows you to organise your bookshelf and set challenges and I just really like it 💙
Love this although haven't started using it yet!!
The design is absolutely divine and Im mostly writing this review now because, I need to up my feedback ratio!
I love this reading journal. It helps keeps my thoughts organized and I love the place to store stickers. Maybe a section for books you didn’t like as well. I only wish it was shown which was the best program to use the digital journal in.
I am still learning to use this amazing feature, and so grateful it was given... But its exceptional that it was even given and I am excited to use it!
So many fun details! I really like the illustrated bookshelf pages. While I prefer to keep track of my reading stats and reviews with a physical journal and google spreadsheet, this offers some great inspiration!
I've never been good at keeping journals. I've started many, many times. I've purchased and been gifted so many beautiful books of blank pages to use as journals, and I find myself inexplicably navigating towards them when I go to a stationary store or bookshop. My most successful attempt at book journaling has been through Goodreads, which I know many people have abandoned since its acquisition by Amazon. However, it is easy to use and since most of my reading is done via my Kindle and either NetGalley or the Libby app linked to my two library cards, it is a seamless way to track my books.
All that being said, now that I am freshly retired, and reading much more than when I was teaching full-time, I can see that the NetGalley Reading Journal may be something I could enjoy using. It is online, which is a big plus for me as I prefer typing to handwriting, and since it lives in the cloud, it would always be with me even when traveling.
The design and format is very appealing. I may give it a start at the first of the year in 2025 and see if I can become the journaling person I so badly want to be! Thank you NetGalley for so many great reading experiences.
Fun way to track my reading. Good layout and had everything I needed and some new ideas I wouldn’t have come up with. I go back and forth with a paper reading tracker and this one.
Great Reading Journal template. This is all I need to keep track of all the books efficiently. However, I always find PDFs a bit daunting to handle and I reckon an Excel format would be way more appropriate and easy to modify. Thanks for the material.
"Absolutely loved this—10/10! Please make more content like this, as I would really enjoy it even more!"
This is a really fun journal for tracking reading through the year. I liked the blank pages. I kind of wish this was a part of the NetFalley app so that the tracking could be done digitally
I love this and greatly appreciate the journal! It is fun to reflect throughout the year and plan my TBR!
