This is something i was not interested in. I'm very sorry. I'm happy reading books. Thank you for the opportunity.
Love this journal! Using it for the first time almost a year after I first downloaded it and it's coming in handy. It is easy to follow as the directions are clear and walk you through every step (I love). Everything has its own place yet it is still customizable to the reader's liking. So excited to go through this journey with my reading journal. Thank you NetGalley!!
I am the worst at trying to track reading with a journal, no matter how hard I try. I can do good reads where I do netgalley reviews or otherwise just rate, but doing a whole journal just never works out for me.
This helped me out a lot with getting started with my reading journals. I use it for all of my ebooks ad NetGalley books
It was fine and helpful; although it doesn't feel like this should be on our "shelf" for review. There is really only so much I can say about a reading journal and those are sort of specific to the type of reader you are.
This has turned into a fun way for me to track what I'm reading and I will keep using this to memorialize my reading. Thank you NetGalley!
Fantastically useful for 2024 too! Cut out several pages and stuck directly in my bullet Journal before using the others as inspiration
Thank you Netgalley for this book tracker!! It’s been a real treat to use!! I downloaded it to my iPad and used it in my favorite editing app ( Canva ) to customize and keep track of all my recent reads
The #NetGalleyReadingJournal is such a gamechanger in the book advocacy world!
I love how thorough and full of customizable features are included in this pdf reading journal. I love that I can create and review anywhere I go and I am able to print out copies so I may have hard copies as well! There are even reading challenges and Trackers, too.
This is a very detailed tool that I believe some Net Galley users might find invaluable. Some may revel in having all that information, but for me, much of that information is more than I want or need.
I do not just review for NetGalley, I review the books I read whether they are just for leisure or Advanced Reader Crew books for anumber of authors as well. I have evolv3d my own system to keep track of the varying requirements, that these have, and, simply, it works well for me..
I think the Reading Journal is really cool and I really wanted to use it. I tried to use it on Goodnotes but I was never able to make it work. The tabs are all there but were not interactive. Tapping on them did not make the new section appear even though I tried all kinds of things to make it work. I gave up on it in the end as I just don’t have enough time in my day to play around with it. I record my books on Goodreads instead.
I liked the idea of the journal. However, I found it complicated and time-consuming to maintain. It might have been more helpful if it was a hard copy of the journal. I like to read for pleasure digitally but if it's a self-help or something I would journal or highlight, I want a hard copy. I appreciate the effort.
I LOVE that you offer this as a resource! I had seen people using digital journals to track their books, but never really thought much of it. I heard about the journal via one of your emails,.. and I am now obsessively hooked on using a digital reading journal! So thanks for the new hyperfocus, I suppose? 😂
The instructions are solid. I just wish there were more stickers and add-ins included, but maybe I just wasn't looking closely enough. I will likely use this one for my NetGalley ARCs, and then use a paid-for file for other planning.
this is such a lovely and fun way to keep track of books! i can't wait to dive in and make it look cute. it has everything needed in this cute little journal.
Love Love love!!! So comprehensive and all the support guides are amazing. I have tried to use other journals like this and not had success but will all the tutorials and support, I felt like this was so easy to use. THANK YOU!!!!!!
I used this it did help a little but not a lot as the months were short has they had more pages I would’ve kept using it this
This Reading Journal is simply brilliant. Over the years, there've been a lot of reading journals published, but there's been nothing on the market like this journal. It has clearly been very carefully and thoughtfully designed by folks who are avid readers and reviewers themselves. This is a key point, because only if you've tried using other journals and wound up frustrated because they lack one or more crucial features, would you try designing one yourself that covers all the bases reviewers like to note about the books they read. In addition to providing a plethora of features, the pages themselves are designed to be esthetically pleasing when digitally filled with all the details. While there is sufficient space on each page for a short review, there are additional pages--blank, lined, dot grid, and grid-- in the back to add to your journal should you need more space. In addition to the monthly review pages and reflection page, there is a whole section in the back that is a lot of fun for those of us who like to collect data on their reading, for those of us who like reading challenges, and of course, the end-of-and-be-all Book Bracket for those of us who participate in book awards. A brilliant effort by NetGalley's Bookish Team.
This was such a fun thing! I love when y'all do stuff like this. Thank you for sharing!! Admittedly, I'm reviewing this because I want to get my ratio up and this is on my shelf. Thanks for understanding! xx
This is reading journal is great! Now that I have an ipad, I'm going to download it into Goodnotes so I can update it digitally, starting in 2025. I'm more of an analog kind of girl and I love the layout of this journal!
This was cute! I'm a sucker for a reading journal. The prompts were fun and I'm happy to hand something that remembers better than I do!
