Another killer thriller from the master that is TM Logan. He’s very good at taking an ordinary situation and making it tense
As usual another amazing book by tm Logan he never fails to write addictive Paige turners & this was no exception. Highly recommend this book.
This was an amazing book which is what I have come to expect from anything this author publishes.
A eerie and spooky tale which had me up all night reading!
I loved the mystery and the somewhat obvious twist which I could kick myself for not getting!

Another great read from TM Logan with lots of twists and turns that keep the reader guessing. I couldn't put this book down
Another absolutely cracking read from one of my favourite authors.
This had me gripped from the very first chapter and I couldn't put it down. Read in just one sitting.
When Adam and Jess move into their new home with their three children, little did they know that their worst nightmare was about to start.
Adam soon discovers a hidden room, which wasn't on the plans for the house. This room holds many secrets, so when Adam finds some articles hidden in a chest of drawers, he can't help but try to find out why they are there and who they belonged to. When this puts his whole family in danger, he needs to find a way to end the nightmare.
Chapters written mainly in current time with a few chapters in the past. This kept me page turning to discover how everything was linked.
I've really enjoyed every book written by TM Logan. He is definitely one of my go to authors for must reads.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my copy of this e-arc
I have enjoyed other books by this author but this one I felt like really dragged on when it collage been a lot shorter. I felt myself become very uninterested in the story

Dream Victorian home. With a secret living area behind a wall. Yep very creepy. Odd items left there. Maybe it’s just a panic room. For an 84 y/o who couldn’t get to the third floor. Maybe a relative installed the cameras they find. 👀
Couldn’t put it down. Brilliant and it has the horror feeling of don’t reply to that text…oh actually I’m curious too… we know it’s going to be bad but the twists!
This book was so gripping! The idea of buying a home and finding a false wall with space behind it is so creepy but I was immediately hooked from the first chapter. I was so curious about the belongings that were found and how they all connected to what was happening in the present with these new homeowners. You do need to suspend disbelief a little whilst reading this novel but I didn't mind that at all as I was just enjoying being along for the ride. This was such a fast-paced book that I had to read every chance I got as I needed to know what was going to happen in the end! I recommend this one!
A slow-burn start thriller that picks up half way through. Adam, Jess and their three children move into they think will be their dream home, a rambling Victorian villa. On the day they move in, Adam discovers a hidden secret room that puts his family in danger and turning their perfect day into a living nightmare ...
Adam and Jess move into a large Victorian home with their 3 children. While renovating, Adam discovers a hidden door behind wardrobe with a number of articles left in there, including a rolex watch and a mobile phone. Adam hasn’t revealed to Jess he is in between jobs, so pawns the watch for some extra cash. He does tell Jess about the mobile, so when they turn it on, they message the only number stored and this is the beginning of their nightmares. Threats and violent messages are left, Adam is worried he cannot meet the mystery persons demands.
The tension and suspense builds as the threats escalate and Adam worries for his families safety. The old house is the perfect setting for this dark thriller. Well written and full of details, making you really feel for Adam and the situation he is in. Recommended for any TM Logan fan.
TM Logan consistently delivers incredible thrillers, with twists that you never quite see coming. What a thrillingly dark read. Highly recommend.

Their dream house will become a nightmare . . .
Adam and Jess move into a new house with their three young a rambling Victorian villa right at the very top of their price range. Before long Adam discovers a door hidden behind a fitted wardrobe, concealing a secret room . . .
Inside Adam discovers an array of forgotten items, among them a wallet, an antique watch and an old mobile phone. Jess thinks they should simply throw them away. But Adam resists. He is fascinated by these items and how they came to be inside the hidden room.
But like the house, Adam has his secrets too. And soon he will find himself setting in motion a series of events that will place his family in terrible danger . . .
My Opinion
I knew that this was going to be a great thriller and within chapters I was hooked. This was only my second book by T.M. Logan but he is becoming a firm favourite of mine. Adam and Jess are trying to unpack in their new home whilst Logan writes about a series of creepy events going on around the family. With plenty of twists this was a great read. Short chapters make this very easy to read just one more chapter.
Rating 4/5
I’ve read a lot of this authors books & always thoroughly enjoy them.
This one was no exception & I love a a twisty intriguing plot.
Fast paced the suspense starts to build & you become gripped in the story.
Adam & Jess who have three children are about to move in to their wonderful new house.
It is a Victorian villa & costs a little more than they really wanted to pay.
Adam comes across a door which is hidden behind a fitted wardrobe where there is a concealed room.
Inside he finds some personal items that he is quite intrigued by.
Well written with a great plot this twisty story soon pulls you in.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The book is a slow burn that I struggled to get into, although it is better once it kicks in. The story is about an old Victorian villa that has its secrets. The present owner Adam makes a discovery that really should have been left alone. I found the book gather repetitive. Overall a good thriller but it was missing something for me.
Highly atmospheric and creepy in all the right ways and places. Another fabulous plot from T.M.Logan!
The Dream Home T.M Logan
I quite enjoyed this book. I started off reading it, but then spotted that Richard Armitage is the audiobook narrator so I swapped to listening and loved it.
Great storyline, a little repetitive at times but I didn't care as I enjoyed the narration so much.
I’ll start off by saying that I’m a huge fan of Logan’s books and always purchase his new releases as soon as they come out. His writing is very readable, with lots of suspense and I spend the whole book trying to work out how it’s going to pan out.
I did enjoy the book but I wasn’t necessarily itching to pick it up, and I don’t think I particularly warmed to the characters. This is a huge barrier for me when reading as I feel like I connect to the story more when I gel with the characters.
I thought it started off quite well, but it lost its way perhaps through the middle and I wasn’t particularly blown away by the ending.
Definitely not a favourite of Logan’s but I will still continue to read his future books.
Amazing book! TM Logan’s best yet, dark and twisty. Could not put it down! I loved the fact that a home could have secret places!?
