Adam, finds a secret room when he moves into an old house with his family. In the secret room is a piece of furniture with drawers holding various random items, Instead of throwing the items out, Adam decides to investigate further which proves to be a big mistake as it puts him and his family in danger. Who can he trust? An edge of the seat thriller which kept me guessing until the end and I still did not guess the perpetrator.
A proper edge-of-the-seat thriller! I was hooked from the start and what a read it was with so many twists and turns that I pretty much suspected every adult in the book as being the villain at some point. The creepy feel, the ever present threat and the need to get to the truth had me picking up the book at every opportunity. This is another cracking story from an author who never disappoints. Highly recommended. My thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

➡️synopsis
When Adam and his family move into their dream house nothing could be better until he finds a secret room with some curious and intriguing objects. He decides to investigate how they ended up there thus by setting in motion a series of frightening and threatening events…
Sounds good right?! And it was, especially the first half. As Adam begins establishing everything and the investigation commences, I found I was turning the pages with ease, the pace of information was good and the discoveries interesting. The tension was established easily and uncertainties about other characters rife. I did however struggle to connect to Adam and his family - I can’t really say what it was that kept me at arms length, I just never settled in with them, especially lead Adam. While this didn’t affect too much it definitely stopped me getting fully immersed in the story.
The second half of the book was also filled with a lot of fluff at the beginning and it took a long time to get to the nitty gritty but when we did it was really good, action filled and completed the story well. I just really wanted more from the discoveries and clues which in my opinion would have made the book.
Overall, this was a really enjoyable thrilling read that kept me reading at a pace till the end.
With thanks to the author, Zaffee books and @netgalley for allowing us to read this one early!

Adam, Jess and their two children have moved into their Victorian dream home.
When Adam finds a hidden room, which has a chair, desk and some objects locked inside it, it’s not long before sinister things start to happen.
Why are there hidden cameras in the house & grounds? More to the point, who would have put them there as the last house owner was elderly.
I have to say that this story scared me witless, even though it was unnecessary! The power of suggestion was all that was needed for me to become a quivering wreck.
I had to keep putting my kindle down to recover, but I was so invested in the story, that I was soon picking it up again.
Each character had me questioning and guessing over who was doing what, yet the author managed to run rings around me as I was completely wrong!
This is a well written tale, which is full of secrets, and those secrets need solving. A superb story from the author.
My thanks to Zaffre, Bonnier Books UK & NetGalley for a copy in exchange for my honest review.
I'm a big fan of T.M. Logan's books and The Dream Home did not disappoint. Containing healthy measures of spookiness, terror, mystery and subterfuge the story of Jess and Adam's move to their dream home kept me reading and guessing until the early hours although I still didn't manage to guess who the murderer was! Definitely one 5* book I'm happy to recommend.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read an advance copy. All opinions are my own.
This book on pace alone is incredible. I was hooked from the first chapter right throughout and had absolutely no clue what was going to happen at the end. I have a couple of minor issues with the ending but as always the writing for this is very addictive and keeps you engaged. A very fast paced slightly unrealistic thriller which will literally keep you up all night!
I haven't read a thriller that kept me up addictively turning the pages quite like The Dream Home in a while. The misdirection was so expertly woven into the plot, to the point that I didn't know what to think or who to trust. I really liked the main character and could relate to him in lots of ways, I being partial to the odd fixation and sharing the same have-to-know-all-all trait. I was pretty sure I had guessed the ending, Nope! I wasn't even close. A clever, addictive must-read. 5 stars.
I’ve been a big fan of T M Logan for a few years now and have read most of his books and always love them!
His latest had me hooked from the very first page and racing through to the end to see what happened! So gripping with brilliant twists and highly entertaining characters, the master of the stay up all night thriller has done it again! Cannot recommend enough!
Thank you so much to the publisher for the chance to read
This book had so many twists and turns, one chapter you think you have worked it out but actually you have no idea!
Enjoyed this book
I really liked the premise of this book and it started off really well. I felt that it dragged on far too much and could have been shorter. I lost interest towards the end and wasn’t particularly bothered about the outcome.
At the start of this book I was really engaged and eager to know as much as I could about the plot. As it went through I started to get a bit lost on the plot and all the different characters. The characters also started wearing on me in the end. Therefore I am only rating this book 3 stars.
This book has a fantastic plot line of Adam, Jess and their children moving into their new 'dream home'. When Adam finds a hidden room on the top floor, things start to happen...
I loved the mystery element of the story and was almost egging Adam on to dig and found myself thinking, "What would I do." I felt the first part of the book wasn't quite as fast-paced as some of the authors' other books I have read. However, when it got to the middle of the book, I was fully gripped and just couldn't stop reading and turning them pages. This book gave me an eerie feeling from the start, and that continued to grow as well as a sense of paranoia. Over who could be trusted and what was going to happen.
I would definitely recommend this if you are into psychological thrillers, you won't be disappointed.
I also want to say thank you to the publisher and Netgalley, as I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest unbiased review.
Adam, Jess and their three children move into what they envisage as their Dream Home. A real Fixer-Upper in a prestigious location, it's the home Jess has always wanted and now they have finally got it, albeit with their finances stretched to the max.
Adam starts tackling a room on the top floor and while dismantling a wardrobe finds a 'secret' room. A small indowleas cubbyhole of a room which houses an old set of drawers and an armchair. Curiosity getting the best of him Adam goes through the drawers to find that each drawer holds one item. A completely random collection but one item in particular piques his interest, a watch that looks valuable, just what he needs to help his cashflow problem because unbeknown to Jeaa, Adam no longer has a job.
Wanting to find out more about this bizarre collection of items, Adam starts investigating bit soon wishes hed done what Jess asked and dispose of it all!
This was a totally suspenseful tale that had me whizzing through at lightning speed. Its eerily creepy and set at a a real fast pace that constantly kept me on my toes. I loved the sense of paranoia it brought and the constant niggling questions.
Perfectly plotted, heart poundingly exciting and 100% unputdownable.
Tim is a master of suspense and tension but this one has got to be the best yet!
Many thanks for Netgalley and Bonnier Books for the ARC.

First off Thanks so much to author T.M Logan and Netgalley.co.uk for the chance to read an advanced reading copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
This was a great read that hooked me from the very first page and kept me gripped throughout.
Adam, Jess and their 3 kids have just moved into their Dream Home when Adam comes across a hidden room found behind a wardrobe. Its small but inside he finds a number of unusual items - the more he looks into them, the more fascinated and intrigued he becomes and the story behind them and how they got into this hidden room inside his house.
I dont want to give anything away so I wont say too much else but this one is defo full of twists. So many surprises and the mystery and tension throughout had me hooked. I just couldnt put it down and raced through it to find out how the story unravelled.
The plot flowed really well and kept me guessing the whole time - the best kind of thriller read.
Defo recommend Guys!

Wow! This could quite possibly be my favourite T.M Logan book!
It's an eerie mystery that I couldn't quite see where it was going to go. I love how details are fed in drips and drabs to build up the suspense.
I really liked the twist with the who-dunnit. It was different but very clever!
Highly recommend!
This is a solid thriller, written by an author fairly new to me. I therefore had no preconceived ideas going into this one. Let me tell you, it blew e away! It's a stunning read, so well written, fantastic characrterisation and twists throughouts. Don't let the typical tropes put you off, this a fine thriller!
Oooooh, this one was full of twists and turns and my favourite of the TM Logans so far! I love that it's combined a mystery with an eerie old house ghost mystery and slowly unraveled leaving me wanting to read more, and trusting no-one. The characters were great and the pieces of the puzzle were great fun to put together
📚BOOK REVIEW 📚
The Dream Home @tmloganauthor
I would first like to thank the author and @netgalley for giving me early access to this book in exchange for my thoughts.
I love T.M Logan's books and I've enjoyed the ones that have been converted to TV dramas. I like the author's writing style and find his books are really easy to get into and hook you from the start. He is an auto buy author and so when I saw this was available to request on @netgalley I couldn't believe my luck in getting approved.
Adam, his wife, Jess and three children move into their dream home. There is some work needed to be done to the home but they are excited to get going. When Adam dismantles a dresser which is attached to some side panelling he finds a hidden door to a room. Curiosity gets the better of Adam and he soon finds some furnishings as well as some random but personal belongings. When Jess just wants to get on with the unpacking, Adam finds he can't quite leave things well alone. He wants answers and won't stop until he gets some. This is a case of sometimes you're just better off not knowing.
Starting off with an opening like that you can't help but read on as Adams discoveries make for a cracking read. Sadly this is not the dream home they wished for. It's such a suspenseful read but you just want to find out what it all means. And there are revelations that I just didn't see coming. It's a great creepy read and I definitely don't want to live there!
I cannot wait to read more from this author. His storytelling is a winner for me.

The Dream Home ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Oh my gosh, this book was amazing. It was full of intrigue and suspense!
Adam and Jess, along with their 3 children move into their dream home on an exclusive gated estate. Adam soon finds a hidden secret room where he finds some random items. He begins to investigate what they are who they belonged to when he starts to receive threats of harm if he doesn’t hand them over.
I loved that this was written from a male point of view by a male author and that the story was told almost exclusively from his pov. It was an easy book to follow and I never felt exasperated by poor choices being made.
There was a twist and it truly was a surprise. I’m not sure if I’m just getting terrible with my guesses or if authors are getting more clever / adventurous with their endings! I’ll go with the latter!
This is by far the best book I have read from TM Logan. It had me gripped from start to finish and is a real page turner. I couldn’t wait to get to the end!
Thank you to TM Logan, NetGalley and Bonnier books for this advanced digital copy in return for my honest review!
