Imagine the excitement of moving into your forever home, the house that you simply fell in love with. Imagine the excitement of finding a hidden room that piqued your curiosity to a point where you became determined to find out its history. Now imagine your determination just irked a psychopath..
The Dream Home was a great read, filled with mystery and suspense. I love that T.M. Logan was able to keep me guessing until the final reveal of the perpetrator, I find this to be fairly uncommon. Not once did this character enter my mind!
I look forward to future reads from T.M. Logan.

This author is the master of suspense and an auto read for me. The Dream Home is a gripping psychological thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
The story follows Adam, Jess, and their three children as they move into a beautiful Victorian mansion in Nottingham where Adam discovers a hidden room behind a wardrobe, filled with mysterious artefacts.
T.M. Logan never disappoints and has delivered another thriller for you to sink your teeth into this year!

Logan is a firm favourite author for me. You know you are in for a turbulent ride when you pick up one of his books. The Dream Home is no exception.
When Adam and Jess move their family into their dream family home they unearth some secrets hiding in a hidden room. Adam, fascinated by the items, can’t help but investigate further, putting the whole family in danger.
Absolutely gripping, so many possibly people who could be connected and this book had me guessing and changing my mind so many times. Cleverly written to drip feed clues which you only realise are clues at the end. You would be mad to miss out on this one.

I really enjoyed this book, T.M. Logan never disappoints. There was always something going on, and whilst it was pretty obvious where it was going from the beginning it definitely didn’t hinder how much I enjoyed the book. The only reason it isn’t a 5 star is because I didn’t warm to some of the characters and thought certain plot points were unnecessary.
Loved this thriller. It was deceptively clever and exceptionally gripping.
My only criticism was that It lacked pace in the middle but I was hooked by that point so it really made very little difference.
A really interesting concept and a unique perspective.
Adam and Jess along with their three children have just moved house. When Adam discovers a hidden room behind a wardrobe, which contains some furniture including a dresser, which contains a collection of forgotten items: Rolex watch, a flip phone, a wallet, dogs collar, couple of rings and a key. This is something we all do bunk it in a draw and forget about them to a later date. Curious about the items, as they say curiosity kills the cat, but instead has Adam but has just put his family in danger.
I love T.M Logan's books, he is an instant buy whenever he has a new book out. I was thrilled to get an advance copy. 'The Dream House' is one of my favourites to date. There was a lot of tension and suspense throughout that left you guessing until the end. I highly hope it gets adapted later on into a tv series like some of his previous works. If there was something I could alter, which isn't much would be that Jess got fleshed out a little more but that just me nit picking.

Tension Fuelled..
A rambling Victorian villa represents the dream home for Adam, Jess and their family- despite the work that needs to be done, the house seems perfect for them. As they move in and begin to explore it’s not long before Adam makes some intriguing discoveries and something is set in motion that may well change everything. A cast of deftly drawn and credible characters populate a propulsive and swiftly moving plot peppered with unexpected twists and huge doses of intrigue. Tense and claustrophobic, engaging and suspenseful this is another breathless read to devour in one tension fuelled sitting.
Adam and Jess, along with their 3 children and pets have just moved into their new home in Nottingham. It is everything they wanted, Victorian with plenty of space although it’s a bit rundown so lots of work to do. Well written with a brilliant plot this is a fast paced, gripping read with a bit of a horror vibe almost from the start. Narrated by Adam and in dual timeline it had me turning the pages late into the night.
Briefly, Adam has just been made redundant but hasn’t told Jess yet although he is worried he may not have enough money to keep paying the mortgage. First day in, Adam finds a secret room in the attic. Investigating further he finds a number of items in the room including an old Rolex watch. Is it the answer to his money problems?
It is in fact the start of a nightmare for him and his family as they find themselves getting deeper and deeper in danger. A very cleverly written thriller with twists all the way through leaving you wondering who, if anyone, can be trusted. There is a real sense of terror pervading the pages of this book, enough to make me shudder as I was reading. A very good read.

Really enjoyed this book. I was trying to guess who dunnit the whole time. Good characters and an an interesting story. The only negative for me was that it was a little too long.
Adam and Jess move into their dream home with their three children and a variety of pets. As Adam starts to investigate the rooms upstairs, he comes across a hidden room concealed by furniture. Inside are old bits of furniture. One piece is a dresser. As Adam looks through the drawers, he finds a different item in each one. There is an old mobile phone with one number. Jess sends a message. The reply comes back, and the family find themselves in danger.
This was such a page turner. The tension slowly building. I didn't know who to trust. Adam seemed slightly unhinged at times, especially as he was hiding a big secret from Jess.
The ending was totally unexpected, which I love because that means the author has done a great job of keeping up the suspense.
The only thing I would say is that when you are added to a WhatsApp group, you can't see previous messages which Adam could.
No pets were harmed, which is a major plus for me.
A definite winner for Logan.

Eeeeeek, this was so fun! Hours of my day were absorbed reading this. Ah, Adam - what will he do next!? Such a page turner! Had me guessing until the very end and I totally didn’t see final twist coming. Hah! A really fun read. Perfect for a long commute, holiday, or a lazy weekend!
This book was absolutely brilliant! It was totally addictive and the pace just kept going all the way through. I had no idea how it was going to finish and the ending took me by surprise, I had no idea! I really recommend this book, I have read a lot of TM Logan books and I would say this is my favourite!
I have read several T.M. Logan books and every time they have never disappointed, so I was very happy to be able to read ‘The Dream Home’. Every time the books have you so engrossed that i find it hard to stop reading for a little while just so I am able to do other tasks, this book is filled with tension, twists and turns and is definitely a must read.
This book begins with a family of five consisting of Adam, Jess and their three children moving into a Victorian villa in Nottingham but inside the house a hidden door is found which houses a secret room and from there on out you wonder if something sinister is going on, before long they wonder if they have made a mistake in buying the home but Adam decides to keep looking into the items they found and from there on out was the family walking into a nightmare?
The plot was amazing and i was glued to this book wondering what was going on, the characters are written really well and i could feel the fear and tension through them. Constantly filled will twists and turns some even very creepy. This is definitely one of my favourite thrillers, some moments i was floored by and in some parts can be a little scary reading especially reading in the night.
I have been thinking about this book even after I have finished it and will be re-reading it again and would recommend to fellow readers, this is a must read.

T.M. Logan never disappoints and this as per usual was a fabulous read.
One of those books where you want to give people a shake (namely the police in this one) and you long for people to be taken seriously to stop the drama unfolding!
Claustrophobic at times, there’s tension, cliffhangers, plenty of pace - and as a result, the pages have a nifty knack of turning themselves!
Having read all of Logan’s books - they’re all belters and I hope that there are plenty more to come.
*4.5 stars *
91 Regency Place is a rather down at heel rambling Victorian Villa, but it’s in the smartest part of town, and will eventually be brought back to its former grandeur by its new owners, Adam, Jess and their three kids - but 91 Regency Place has some hidden secrets, all of which are about to be revealed!
Adam discovers a hidden door behind some fitted wardrobes. Behind the door is a small room containing an old armchair, a side table and a dresser. Inside the dresser Adam finds a wallet, an antique watch, an old mobile phone, a scarf, a key, and a dog collar - and so the mystery begins! Why has someone taken such trouble to create a secret room, and exactly who did these items belong to, just what does it all mean?
Well, Adam is about to find out, much to his and his family’s cost!
T M Logan certainly knows how to write a terrific domestic thriller - this is fast paced, and full of tension. ‘The Dream Home’ is the epitome of a page turner! Highly recommended.
TM Logan does it again- I think this is actually one of my favourites.really tense, a bit spooky and totally unguessable.
When a secret room is found in their new house, everything starts to unravel for the family. The many threads of the mystery intertwine and you'll not sleep til it is resolved!
T M Logans new release The Dream House due out 29th Feb 2024. This was an advance copy care of Netgalley and the publisher.
Another hit with me. Very tense thriller and a 'page turner' that will keep you hooked.
A family move into their new victorian house and find a hidden room with some random objects left behind. Why are they hidden. Who do they belong to? Soon it becomes clear someone wants them back. Adam, the father, starts suspecting everyone and his paranoia builds. I found myself suspecting everyone too and when the big reveal comes, I didn't see it coming. 🤣. I can see why Logans books are adapted for tv- great thrillers. This one fits the bill.
4 and a bit stars really. Mr Logan is a master at writing books filled with suspense, twists and red herrings and this story has plenty of these. It's got short chapters, most with, if not a cliffhanger, a steep hill hanger that urge you to read the next one. And maybe one more.
This is my third T M Logan novel so I'm not surprised that I didn't see the end coming, If you like an easy-reading suspense, read this one and Mr Logan's other books.
Whizzed through this book - sucked me in and kept my interest throughout.
I found it very atmospheric, which I sometimes lose in an ebook. I actually felt creeped out at certain times.
Good Characters, thought I knew how it would end, but turns out I didn't.
Highly recommended, best TM Logan book I've read so far.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
In 'The Dream Home' , Adam, Jess and their young family move into their ideal house in an idyllic Nottingham setting. The house is far bigger than they could have afforded but somehow they've managed to buy it. They move in full of hope and excitement. On the first day, Adam discovers a hidden room within one of the attic rooms. He eagerly breaks into it, and finds a sealed up cabinet inside. When he manages to break into the cabinet, there are numerous every-day objects in there; a scarf, glasses, dog tag, a watch and an old mobile phone. Adam and his wife text the number on the phone to try and return it- and then the nightmare begins.
It was a speedy page-turner which kept my interest from the outset, but I did have to suspend my disbelief for almost all of the book. Previous TM Logan books have felt much more realistic to me, whereas this was too much of a stretch for me. I'm not a fan of the 'couple buying a house in need of major renovation, only to discover a dark secret.' trope, anyway, so this wasn't the book for me, but will look forward to the next book from him!
