Get Well stay well is an extremely helpful book to help you overcome your emotional health which in turn helps improve physical ill health.

I found it heavy at times as Gemma explains her points in enormous detail, often repeating herself which I found a little annoying. All her points are backed up with research which she also explains in minute detail!!!

She has a lot of exercises to try, some of which I did. Although they are hard, and made me feel silly on more than one occasion, I can see the benefits and believe it is worth persevering.

Overall, a long read but worth the effort

This book is absolutely chock full of great advice for many aspects of human health.
Worthy of a permanent position on my bookshelf and I expect to refer to time and time again.

This was written by a doctor who has a lot of practical suggestions about getting well and staying that way. For example a plant based diet works for her. A good book. Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for giving me a copy of the book.
