This is definitely a book that tackles mental health, but does it in such an eye-opening, respectful way. There is a wide cast of characters, many of whom are fighting their own battles, and yet the reader can relate to them all on some level. Well-written and easy-to read.

This book was so stunning and poignant, and its explorations of anxiety, fear, and paranoia about the end of the world while also discovering softness and things worth living for are SO needed in today's climate. Hope is powerful, and I hope every teen who struggles with these anxieties finds their way to this book. It reminded me of IF TOMORROW DOESN'T COME by Jen St. Jude in the best possible way.
