At their father's funeral, Chase and Alex Stone are bewildered by all the accolades their late father is being bestowed. He was not a nice man or a good father. They feel like the people in attendance didn't know the man they knew. Perhaps Chase and Alex didn't know him well either since he is leaving his business and most everything to his children. ALL of his children. In death, they'll become much more familiar with their fathers secrets!

What follows is a love story...for Chase and his father's recently fired executive assistant, Piper. Piper knows EVERYTHING about running the company and many of the 'secrets' her old boss kept from everyone...except one.

Chase needs Piper and due to a secret that Piper is harboring, Piper needs her old job! As we run down the road with this story, there seem to be secrets around every turn. When the BIG secret is revealed, Chase, Piper, and Alex wonder if the company will survive!

Fabulous first story in The Heirs series by Ms. Bybee. I can't wait to see how this bombshell reveal is resolved!

All Our Tomorrows by Catherine Bybee is the first novel in the Heirs contemporary romance series. I loved getting Chase Stone and Piper Maddox’s messy, heartwarming, romantic story and I look forward to the next siblings story.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of billionaire stories, but siblings Chase and Alex Stone grew up away from their estranged billionaire father. Each made their own mark on the world before their father died and left his empire to them and a half-sibling they didn’t know they had. The two of them will need to learn their father’s business and secretly find their brother before the board discovers their shares are split three-ways.

I loved the premise and the Stone family from the beginning, and was delighted to meet Piper Maddox and her protective dog. Piper was their father’s assistant before he fired her prior to his death. She knows the ins and outs of the business, contacts and schedule. That is why Chase is determined to rehire her. The chemistry was there from the start, but I loved the back-and-forth banter while they negotiated terms.

I loved Piper and her no sass attitude. Chase is charmed by the woman, but doesn’t want to cross boundaries, making the buildup to that first kiss delightful. Sizzling chemistry, almost kisses and saltine crackers, had me all in.

We meet secondary characters like Alex Stone, and her bestie, along with hotel billionaires who are down to earth, all about family and offer to lend a helpful hand. Meanwhile, we have the mystery of their half brother and Piper’s secret dilemma. I found myself fully invested and hoping for a happily ever after.

All Our Tomorrows was an addictive read filled with spice, heart and a swoon-worthy romance. I highly recommend taking this one along on vacation. I am looking forward to the Forgotten One, the next book in the Heirs series, releasing November 2024.

Perfect start to a new series

I love this book and am thrilled to start a new Catherine Bybee series! Thanks to their estranged father’s will Chase Stone and his sister, Alex, have become billionaires overnight. They both understand big business, but not only do they have to become acclimated to running their father’s company, they must find a half-brother they knew nothing about until their father’s will. Running the company depends on it. Piper Maddox was the assistant to Mr. Stone but was fired two weeks before he passed. Chase needs her and her straight talk to help him and Alex familiarize themselves with who the players are and who they can trust in Stone Enterprises.

I loved the way Piper talked to Chase. She wasn’t afraid to say what had to be said. She’s honest, direct, sassy, and beautiful. Chase fell immediately. The sparks the two ignited melted my Kindle and the warmth and kindness they showed each other, and their family was delightful. I loved Alex and her best friend Nick (he’s a hoot). I was so invested in the story and the characters; this book went super-fast. I was thrilled to see a familiar (and favorite) character of mine cross over into this world. I hope we get to see more of James and Jessie! It made me want to reach into Ms. Bybee’s backlist and re-read their book. While the story arc of Chase and Piper was resolved, some questions still need to be answered, and I look forward to reading Alex’s and Max’s books to resolve all the Stone Enterprises complications. I’ll say it again, I loved this book!

4.5⭐

OMG!! This was such a delightful introduction to this new series. As Chase and Alex (Alexandra) become billionaires and co-owners of a multi-million dollar hotel business overnight. When their estranged dad Aaron dies and unexpectedly leaves almost everything to them.

But that is not the only bombshell they are left with. As they learn through his will that they have a half brother who has also inherited a share of the business and monies.

Yet, before Chase and Alex can act and find their half brother they have to take over the business. Which is easier said than done. Especially when Chase learns his dad sacked his PA Piper just before he died. Only the reasons behind her dismissal don't add up, so Chase seeks her out with the hope of luring her back.

What he doesn't expect is the attraction, or the sass or the fact she had the measure of his dad and is the only one in the company not pretending his dad wasn't a womanising d**k.

But Piper has her own troubles including a positive pregnancy test. So the last thing she needs is to rock the boat or risk her job. Especially as she has no idea if she's even going to keep the baby.

However, the more time she spends with Chase the closer they get, and even her pregnancy doesn't scare him off.

And with such an engaging and entertaining storyline, likable characters and a little sweetness and heat. All Our Tomorrows was a brilliant read. That perfectly highlights how wonderful and messy life really is

I would happily recommend this story to all.

My thanks to Montlake and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an early copy of All Our Tomorrows.😊

My first impression of this book is that it's pretty interesting. I planned to just read the first 2 chapters, but I ended up reading way more than that, haha. The plot's just right, with plenty of surprises, and I'm totally into it! This deserves a 5-star rating. Plus, this line from the book is my favorite; it really touches my heart: "If the day ever comes where you need to mourn his loss, even if it’s twenty years from now, I’ll hold you," Piper said.

this is the story of an estranged Father who unexpectedly leaves his fortune to his children, including a brother they didn’t know they had. A vengeful widow and board members of the company who might be scheming behind their backs. Most of the characters are relatable but there are a few I wouldn’t trust. I liked the story, the slow burning romance between Chase and Piper. Her dog Kitty was fun, hard to trust people and very protective of Piper. I look forward to reading more about this family in future books. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.

I absolutely loved. This first installment of The Heirs series by Catherine Bybee, an auto buy for me every time!

Estranged from their father, Chase and his sister Alex are surprised to learn that they’ve inherited his hotel empire after his sudden passing. The catch? There’s a third sibling that they had no idea existed, and they have to track him down before the board tries to make a move on the ownership of the company.

Desperately needing help to dig into his father’s business and personal accounts, Chase reaches out to his father’s recently terminated (without cause) executive assistant Piper. As Alex digs in to the operations of the company, Chase and Piper tackle the home accounts, spending long days at his fathers residence digging through the personal accounts and any clue as to where the third Stone sibling might be.

But as Chase and Piper dig into the records, it becomes harder for either of them to deny the immediate pull they felt towards each other. The witty banter is fun and often steamy, and the two are the perfect match. With undeniable chemistry, compassion and a lot of fun, All Our Tomorrows bring everything you could possibly want in a romance.

This begins a new series by Bybee about the children of a multi-millionaire who have unexpectedly inherited his fortune and shares in his hotel company. The only catch is that the brother and sister, Chase and Alex, have to find their odious father’s illegitimate son about whom no one knew anything. And they don’t know much about his business since they’d been estranged from him almost their entire lives.

Fortunately, they can rely on the help of their father’s former assistant, Piper, who seems to know how to do everything they need to do as they hunt for clues to find the long-lost brother. And then there are intrigues from the evil stepmother and opponents on the board of their company.

So there’s a lot going on. The only plot points that get resolved in this book are the romance between Chase and Piper and the hunt for the brother. But it ends with a cliffhanger to prepare us for the next book in the series.

Chase, Piper, and Alex are likable characters and they get help from some characters from another Bybee book. If you like reading about newly minted millionaires dealing with their money while falling in love, you’ll enjoy this book. If you’ve read Bybee’s previous books, you know what you’re getting.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

All Our Tomorrows is the first book in Catherine Bybee's new The Heirs series and I am here for it!

Chase Stone and his sister Alex have never been close to their father. To say he's been an absent father is an understatement. When he passes away and the will is read, leaving everything to the two of them, along with a secret brother that no one knows about, to say they are stunned is another jaw-dropping moment. In order to move forward, they have to find the brother they never knew about. First thing's first, and Chase rehires his father's former assistant, Piper, who was fired just prior to his death, to help him navigate the business and all that lies ahead.

Chase and Piper not only work well together at the office, but they also have amazing chemistry outside of it. Chase is just a good man. He's caring, considerate and she is smart, hard-working and strong. Not only does Piper get along great with Chase, but she also gets along well with Alex. Chase also has a fantastic relationship with his sister and it only makes them stronger as they run the company they were left.

I was not expecting the bit of intrigue that we were given in this book, but I enjoyed it and I am already looking forward to the next book! It can't come soon enough for me! Bybee has a way of writing in a way that balances the drama, reality and romance just perfectly!

I loved this story so much. From beginning to end it was perfection. All Our Tomorrows is the first story in a brand new series and I am here for every second of it. Catherine Bybee again proves why she’s always been one of my favorite writers.

Chase Stone and his sister Alex find themselves inheriting all of their absentee father’s estate, including his business. They are both nothing like their father and find themselves scrambling to pick up the pieces of his business. They look no further than their father’s personal assistant Piper Maddox, whom he fired a few weeks ago because she wouldn’t give in to his sexual advances. Piper initially wants nothing to do with working for them but agrees when her demands are met.

This story weaves a bit of a mystery as Chase and Alex are forced to confide in Piper about a missing half brother. As the three of them work together to unravel Senior Stone’s secrets, Piper and Chase grow unexpectedly close. Their attraction is palpable and unavoidable despite the horrible timing. And Piper has a secret of her own as well. Chase is unbelievably sweet and supportive of Piper. Their banter back and forth was so fun to read. And the real friendship between Piper and Alex is so special.

This story was the perfect beginning that left me wanting more. There’s a bit of a cliff hanger that leads into the next book but not enough of a cliff hanger to be frustrating. I cannot wait for the remainder of the books in this series to see how everything resolves.

Thanks to NetGalley, Catherine Bybee and Montlake for the ARC opportunity.

Piper constantly made so many jokes about how rich Chase is, and how she should have asked for a bigger raise when she accepted the position. I understand that they were only joking, but the jokes seemed to be in bad taste. It was like if the author didn’t want us to forget that Chase is rich.

My other thing that annoyed me is how Chase acts. I understand that Chase and Piper has mutual attraction, but that doesn’t mean that you are allowed to override someone’s boundaries. When someone says no, that doesn’t mean that you are supposed to keep pushing. Chase calls her outside of work hours and on days that she’s off just to hear her voice… Which is just mad crazy behavior because she is an employee who has dealt with his dad‘s advances. The only difference between Chase and his dad in this instance is that she finds him attractive.

Chase asked her to go to a black tie, work event, and she said no. He then told her that he would buy her an outfit, shoes, and purse… And at this point, she said yes, this only shows me that the author believes people can be bought. I don’t see the difference between him, offering her material goods for her affection and time versus his dad and the way he uses money to get women.

Women romanticize rich men so much that they are willing to ignore their creepy behaviors.

Excited for this new series! What a great start! I love Catherine Bybee's writing and this book does not disappoint. Great writing style, plot, romance, humor, drama and everything you expect from Bybee.

Chase and his sister Alex inherit their estranged father's billionaire hotel business both are stunned and basically unprepared. Their father was not a good role model or at all involved in their lives. Now both have to drop everything to try to keep everything running smoothly while learning the business. The biggest hurdle is finding the half brother they didn't even know they had as he gets one third of the business also. Chase and Alex find their biggest ally in Piper who was their father's executive assistant...who was fired weeks earlier when she refused the advances from the elder Stone. The more Piper and Chase work together, the more connection the two feel. Chase has never connected to a woman as well as he does with Piper however she is adamant nothing can happen. There are multiple reasons for this, the main being he is her boss and it would look poorly. She has another large reason also that she is hiding from everyone. All the reasons prove moot however as Chase wins her over. He has an answer for every hurdle that comes their way.

Definitely a great book. Love the romance but also having the suspense of finding the third sibling and the hostility from the corporate board and the widow. So much drama! Cannot wait for the next book in the series.

Love this first book in a new series!

I can already tell that this series will be as terrific as others by this author. I so enjoyed Piper and Chase’s story, and can’t wait for Alex’s. There is another brother, but I would be revealing a spoiler if I said anymore on that subject, so I won’t.

Every new character has been wonderful to meet. Chase and Alex are so down to earth I could imagine being friends with them. I can’t recommend this book enough.

Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this book, but my opinions are my own.

Family squabbles and estates are my catnip. I just love seeing how these situations work themselves out. This one was sorta messy, but in a good way in the end. I've read other Romance books by Catherine Bybee and I really liked her style of writing. Chase and Piper make for a wonderful romance duo. He is caring and protective and she is smart and incisive. They face some struggles, but thy make quite the team. This one ends with a little cliffhanger, not all the plot points are resolved, but that just makes me look forward to the next book. Enjoy!

Chase Stone and his sister Alex have had very, and I mean very, little contact with their billionaire father. He basically wasn't a part of their lives and wasn't generous with his money either. The kids were better off without him. He was a real douchebag. Then daddy dearest dies the leaves them this fortune and a mission: find the son he fathered while married to their mother and share the inheritance with him.

Piper Maddox was fired by Aaron Stone because she refused to let him sexually harass her. Total douchebag. She really needed her job, really, really needed it. She is not heartbroken that Stone Sr. dropped dead. When Chase seeks her out about returning, because, frankly, he and Alex hadn't a clue how to run the company, Piper says no. She may need the job, but she didn't need the grief. But, after some honesty about why she was fired and a hefty raise, Piper agrees to work for Chase and Alex. Chase can be very charming, but in a cute way, not a swarmy way as with dear old dead dad.

In order to succeed Chase and Alex need Piper's insights into the corporation, how it runs and who to watch out for. What none of them needed was the insane attraction that sparks between Chase and Piper. Or Piper's little problem. As they search for the missing heir, they get some help from a wonderful family and learn what a real family and true friends are all about.

My thanks to the Publisher and Author for providing a complimentary digital Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of this novel via NetGalley. This is my fair, honest and personal review. All opinions are mine alone and were not biased in any way.

From page 1 I knew I was going to love this book. Chase and his sister Alex inherit everything from their billionaire father that walked away from them years prior. Chase and Alex are such fantastic characters and then there’s the MFC Piper who is a spitfire and so easy to fall in love with. The appearance of Jack and Gaylord Morrison was a real treat! I seriously couldn’t put this one down because there were so many things going on and I couldn’t wait to see how everything was going to be resolved….but then the story ended and there were still things unresolved. I kept thinking there was a chapter or 2 missing or maybe there’s a bonus epilogue out there somewhere. This one left me hanging on several subplots that I assume will be picked back up and resolved in book 2. The unresolved subplots took away a star for me….as much as I absolutely loved this book I really didn’t like the way it just ended…so I’ll be here anxiously awaiting book 2.

This is one of those books that as soon as I finished it, I wanted to start from the beginning and read it all over again! Piper Maddox, assistant to Aaron Stone, chairman of Stone Enterprises, was fired just prior to his death. Aaron’s son and daughter, Chase and Alexandrea are now the unexpected heirs to his fortune. They had hoped to quietly ease into the company, but learned that the woman who knew everything about their father’s life had been fired. Now the first order of business is to get Piper to return. There is an attraction between Chase and Piper, but she tries to ignore those feelings as she has her own personal issue. Returning, Piper brings about some order, but there is an issue with the will that Chase and Alex must solve. As the search begins, they must deal with a board of directors who may have their own agenda, Chase must supervise his own successful business, Alex resigned her current position and of course there is the very unhappy and mercenary widow. What a riot from beginning to end…but stay tuned! I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. (paytonpuppy)

I finished All Our Tomorrows by Catherine Bybee in one sitting. This book has everything. The billionaire family drama with the touch of mystery. An epic alpha hero with so much sweetness and protectiveness. A sassy heroine who can run the world even on her worst days. The tension of forbidden boss employee romance. Witty, slow burn and heartwarming moments. The pace was so good. It didn't have a single dull moment.

Chase and Alex Stone despise their billionaire father who abandoned them a long time ago. They are very successful in business world on their own. They are surprised when he leaves his entire business and estate to them in his will. There is a little issue. They have to find his illegitimate third child before they can sell the company. Chase need someone who knows his father but isn't afraid of speaking truth. And that's Piper Maddox. The assistant his father fired weeks before death because she didn't tolerate his father's indecent approach. As she slowly becomes more than his assistant, things get complicated.

I loved Piper so much. She came from a very conservative family and very small town. But she is smart and witty. She has a sharp mind and sharper tongue. She kept Chase on his toes with her plans. She can find information and solutions to complex problem with click of her fingers. It's so admirable that she kept on going like a warrior while her life was in jeopardy from a one night stand months ago. Chase played a big part in stabilizing her life. By giving back her job with well deserved raise and benefits. Showing her respect. Trusting her guts. Being more than a boss and taking care of her when she is sick or upset. Chase is at a tough point of his life. He doesn't want anything to do with his father's company. The resentment and anger is there. But he cannot let the employees down or let the lost half sibling to go without the inheritance. Piper was like a soothing balm on his raging soul. With her wit and sass, she gave him a lot of support. The chemistry was on from the first meeting but they resisted it so long. Chase was a protector even when he didn't know Piper's secret and after that..he was a complete caveman, in an adorable way. Their banter is life of this story. Billionaire romance or boss employee romance are such a common trope now but the author delivered it in a refreshing way. The deep emotional dynamics. The contrast of light hearted and heartbreaking moments. The sweet chemistry built scene by scene. Incredible characters and amazing secondary characters. A must read.

OMG! I have never wanted the next book so much as I really NEED this one! Piper and Chase are my absolute favorites! Have I said how much I love this book! Chase and Alex are children of a "gazillionaire", but you would never know by the way they were raised until he dies and leaves everything to them and their unknown sibling. As they try to navigate their newfound responsibilities, they enlist the help of their father's assistant, Piper, who he had recently fired. She decided to come back and help the siblings after they offered her a deal she couldn't refuse, and it didn't hurt that Chase was hot and his sister, Alex, was very kind. Something the older Stone didn't know anything about due to the fact he was cold and a womanizer. As the three of them look for the missing sibling, Chase and Piper continue to grow closer. But she has a secret that could stop Chase from having anything to do with her. Is Chase a better man than his dad, and will he be the man Piper needs. Oh, I love this book, and the characters are wonderful and so interesting. I can't believe this is my first book by Catherine Bybee. ♥️

Sexy, sincere, and sophisticated!

All Our Tomorrows is a heartfelt, alluring tale that features the sweet, wary Piper and the handsome, capable Chase as they navigate a relationship that includes a shared secret and a common goal, a family mired in drama and troubles, smouldering tension, and undeniable attraction.

The writing is smooth and fluid. The characters are enigmatic, intelligent, and loyal. And the plot is an irresistible mix of family, friendship, revelations, deception, secrets, introspection, tender moments, passion, emotion, and swoon-worthy romance.

Overall, All Our Tomorrows is another tender, playful, charming read by Bybee that has, without a doubt, become one of my new all-time favourites and is an absolutely brilliant start for this new Heirs series.

I need the next book! I knew this was the beginning of a series but I wasn't expecting such an abrupt ending. What a way to keep the audience waiting anxiously for book 2. I really enjoyed this first book and can't wait to see what is going to happen as the series continues. Piper is a fantastic FMC and Chase is an appropriate counterpart to her. There are some twists and turns that keep you guessing. Highly recommend reading this one.
