This is the 3rd book of the Frankie Elkins series and Ive read this as a standalone which has been fine. Frankie Elkins searches for missing persons and usually in cold cases. In this 3rd book, she is sent to look for a serial killers sister.

I really enjoyed reading/listening to this book and will be hunting out more of Frankie Elkins as well as other Lisa Gardner books. I really enjoyed her writing style and character building. It's both captivating, atmospheric and gripping which kept the pages turning.

I also listened to the audio version in which Hillary Huber does a superb job narrating this book. A pleasure to listen to.

An eventful book. I love Frankie Elkin - she is a character that keeps me gripped. This is a series that I look forward to.

A really enjoyable thriller by Lisa Gardner. Off the back of this, I’d like to read the other books in the same series.

A decent enough thriller in an unusual location. Story was OK but characterisation rather shallow in my opinion.

Out of the series so far, this was my least favourite, I’m not sure if it’s because of the setting? I have listened to the first two books, so will try this as a audiobook and review on my bookstagram as that will hopefully make me enjoy it more.

This is the third installment in the Frankie Elkin series and I was so pleased when I saw it was available on Netgalley. I loved this new book as much as the others and can't wait for the fourth installment.

This book was a great read. I didn't realise this was the third book in a series and although I haven't read the first two books, I was able to follow along with the story without getting confused or jumbled. I would like to go back and read the first two books. Thank you to NetGalley and Lisa Gardner for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I really enjoyed this. Frankie, a person with no fixed address, spends her life searching for missing people. Then she is asked to find the baby sister of someone on death row. What seems straightforward becomes a nightmare. The suspect owns an isolated island. As things start happening on the island, the question becomes one of who you trust and what will happen. A race for survival. Brilliant from start to finish.

I had read a few others reviews before reading this but as I love Lisa’s books I wanted to give it a go. Frankie is someone who comes from nowhere, she lives in nowhere and her address is nowhere. She spends her live looking for missing people, most the time successfully. So when the beautiful butcher asks her to find her baby sister by Frankie becoming a nobody on a remote island where does Frankie sign up. Of course she finds the sister it’s a sure thing but then disasters start to happen on the island. The island of human killing crabs but a group of people who are all running from somewhere to nowhere. The story Is well written although a little graphic with the gore the beautiful butcher is capable of. I hope there are some more of Frankie’s adventures to come.

Loved this! Frankie is a great character that has been developed so well previously and makes you even more involved in this one.

The premise is very clever, helping a convicted killer which leads to an interesting journey.

Very well written with parts I didn’t see coming, very enjoyable read.

An unusual take on the serial kiler relative trope. Well plotted, gripping and entertaining.
It kept me reading and guessing.

This is the 3rd book in a series, but I haven't read the previous books and that really didn't matter. I still really enjoyed this one and I will have a look at the previous books.
I loved the setting of this book, and the style of writing really set the scene of the isolated atoll. There were a few twists and turns a long the way, enough to keep you guessing.
This was an interesting read and the perfect setting, a great summer read! I will be checking out more of Lisa Gardner's books.

Frankie is a recovering alcoholic who searches for missing people, with some success! She gets a call from a Death Row prisoner's lawyer to meet with this serial killer, who requests before she is executed to find her missing sister Lani. Frankie does not have long as the death sentence will be carried out in weeks time.

The sister informs Frankie that Lani is being held against her will by her ex-boyfriend Mx who is a multi millionaire and is in the process of developing the remote island into a luxury resort, Frankie has to find Lani and to do this she goes onto the island undercover as an employee.

Things are not straight forward, the island is plagued by deadly crabs, jungle vegetation, staff who are suspicious of this new arrival and also impending tropical storms. Can Frankie locate Lani and get her away from the clutches of Max? Is the information from the killer correct, or is she in danger herself?

Quite enjoyed this book by Lisa Gardner, found myself looking up the location on maps and wasn't expecting the ending!

I gave it 4 stars and would recommend this, perhaps not whilst you are lying on the beach on any island near or indeed Hawaii!!

Oh my goodness what a book. A slow burn to start with with lots of back story to the characters, but when the action started it really started. Plots, sub plots, allies who are enemies and enemies who are really allies. Wild nature and the wild nature of man to deal with on an isolated Pacific atoll., this a totally action packed adventure and I was constantly saying “I never saw that coming”. Well worth a read but watch your blood pressure

This is the third book in a series I have not read, however I didn't feel like I was missing any of the story or needed to read the previous two to understand the story. I would be interested in adding the previous two books to be ever-growing TBR list!
The story is set on a remote island and is full of twists and turns, a classic detective storyline which is right up my street.

Well what can I say `Wow'! I hadn't read a book by Lisa Gardner for a while , & boy this one didn't disappoint. Dark, twisted who will stop at nothing to achieve their Desires & Goals even if it means wiping out a whole lot of people, on a magical island in the Pacific Ocean. This is my first book of this particular series but I didn't feel left out at having not yet read the others.
Frankie a missing-person semi-specialist ends up on a mission to find out more about a 'missing' sister of an inmate incarcerated on death-row.
Cue quickly arranged flights to a remote Pacific island via Hawaii and a remote island scene for the remainder of the story.

I loved the portrayal of the island from the description of the camp and 'Crab Town' to a remote grave and the trails crossing all over the island. I thought Crab Town would feature in the finale!

Some of the plot in the final part of the book lacked a little believability for me, which was a shame.

On the whole however this was an interesting read with lots of twists and turns and an unexpected plot and the remote island setting was perfect whilst I'm currently dreaming of a long, hot summer ahead.

Frankie was an interesting character and if there was a 4th in the series I'd be interested to read it.

STILL SEE YOU EVERYWHERE is the third book in Lisa Gardner's Frankie Elkin series. I have read the author before but not this series, but found myself right at home from the start. The setup is the traditional detective novel, very familiar, but with a twist. Think The Big Sleep - the detective, Philip Marlowe, visits a prospective client, who wants him to find a missing person, Rusty Regan - immediately you know where you are. Here we have Frankie Elkin, unlicensed and self-driven missing persons investigator, visiting a prospective client, and being asked to find her missing sister. However, in this case, the client is a serial killer, a woman on death row for the murder of 18 men, who wants Frankie to find the sister she lost touch with 12 years ago, whom she believes is being held captive by a tech millionaire, The Beautiful Butcher's ex, on an isolated island in the Pacific.

So, we have echoes of The Big Sleep, The Silence of the Lambs, Glass Onion, perhaps a bit of Jack Reacher in our nomadic central character. We also have an intriguing protagonist in Frankie Elkin, and a talented author in Lisa Gardner, who takes these familiar elements and builds a singular, unusual and pulse-pounding thriller, which bears comparison to the influences. I liked Frankie a lot. She is driven by a need to fight for those forgotten, or ignored, by the traditional authorities, witty and funny, yet full of self-doubt and uncertainty. The plot is full of twists, keeping the reader guessing right until the end. The supporting characters are rounded and interesting, and some of their backstories could make for very readable novels themselves. Lisa Gardner's prose is excellent and makes you want to continue reading, her dialogue is realistic and natural. Above all, her research is incredible, and used to flesh out the story rather than being an information dump. Nothing I learned pulled me out of the exciting events but, later, I was inspired to learn more about Pacific atolls, and disturbing coconut crabs, and wolf spiders, and pirate treasure (yes, pirate treasure...)
