Book 24 in The Women's Murder Club series.
This is a series of books I've followed from the very first book. It's not just about the storylines now when you are so many books in a series. It's the characters that you've come to know. That have grown with you. The characters and their lives are as much the series as the story lines are.
Read in a day, the usual short chapters help you keep reading, 'just one more chapter becomes two and then three'. Before you know it you are nearing the end and don't want to book to finish.
The Women’s Murder Club is out celebrating an engagement at San Francisco’s finest restaurant when a blood-curdling scream interrupts the festivities.
They soon discover a young woman who has been the victim of a violent assault. Sergeant Lindsay Boxer makes an arrest. Assistant District Attorney Yuki Castellano takes the case.
But assigning blame is made impossible due to the victim’s chaotic version of events – and the shocking reason behind her ever-changing memory.
This book was written brilliantly, as always dragged in to those pages from very early on and kept me invested right to the very end.

This author can do no wrong in my eyes and I’m a massive fan! WOW! If this isn't a book to brag about I don't know what is... I started it late last night. Never did I anticipate I would be closing the book at 3am left in complete shock... This book was insane! It was twisted, it was gripping but it was so darn good!
