Love being back on the farm! It’s such a wholesome place to be with wonderful animals and great characters!

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC of this book. I have chosen to write this honest review voluntarily and it reflects my personal opinion.
I have enjoyed the previous books in this series, and had high hopes for this one which follows on from the last with only a few weeks inbetween. Once again we meet Phoebe who seems to be getting together with Sam at last, and all the other characters we've got to know and love. The animals, old and new, feature heavily in this story as usual. Early on a new horse appears, and finding out where it's come from seems to be very difficult - it is this strand of the story I have found less credible. If the horse has been seen in competitions, wouldn't it's name and owner have been registered with the organisers?
Otherwise the story is full of lovely romance (star rating goes to Bridezilla Maggie!), and has a Christmas feel as the festive season and celebrations approach. Lovely, cosy tale.

Phoebe is going through the motions. She wants more time with Sam but both of them have very busy schedules. Sam's mother is having some problems that he is frustrated with. A horse has shown up and Phoebe takes it in, all the while searching for its owner. Maggie's wedding plans are underway. Rufus makes a big mistake and needs to fix it.
Opinion
This was a great read. It kept a much more leisurely pace to the story than I am used to (as did the previous two.) However, I love that the story is not just focused on Phoebe and Sam. There are side stories going on that shows what is going on in the friends and family. I would say that this has been my favorite but I am holding out hope for number four that comes out soon.
Many thanks to Net Galley and Boldwood Books for providing me with an ARC of this book.

I have really enjoyed reading this series :)

Phoebe is enjoying having her own vet practice a vet and her relationship with Sam is going well. However, there is the little matter of her ex, Rufus, living next door. And what is Rufus' nanny up to? Her feisty grandmother gives her a few headaches along the way too, but she has a big heart, even if she is a little demanding at times.

This is a sweet and easy read with loose ends tied up nicely.

4.5 stars from me.

Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books.

Read and reviewed in exchange for a free copy from NetGalley. This was an enjoyable, easy read. It was nice to get back to Puddleduck Farm and see the characters' stories develop, and I think this was probably the strongest of the series so far, as much as I'm not particularly interested in Rufus' story.

I absolutely adore this series and was so lovely to be back in the fabulous setting of puddleduck farm surrounded by the fabulous new forest countryside and catching up with the lives of phoebe sam and Maggie and rufus and all of the other inhabitants who bring these stores to life

This is the fourth book in the series but could be read as a standalone although I highly recommend starting at the beginning to experience this beautiful series full of love friendship and hope and happiness the perfect escapism from the world.

I hope there is going to be another instalment of this fabulous series to come.

The next instalment in the wonderfully warm and uplifting series set on Puddleduck Farm. The characters are realistic and believable, and you can certainly feel yourself sharing in their emotions throughout.

I enjoyed my visit to Puddleduck Farm and was engrossed in the characters and goings-on. A lovely, uplifting read. I hope this isn't the last one in the series - I want to know what other twists and turns lie ahead for Phoebe, Sam and the whole gang of people and animals.

What a cute fun book! Read this book strictly for entertainment and fun!

Living the Dream at Puddleduck Farm is about daily life for a vet and her family and friends in a small community. There are great stories about dogs, cats, horses, donkeys and ducks. This book has romance and mystery as well as family issues. I was attracted to this book by the cover with the horse and farm in the background.

Life remains hectic at Phoebe's veterinary practice, leaving little time for her relationship with Sam, who is concerned about his mother's troubling behavior. Meanwhile, Phoebe's grandmother, Maggie, meticulously plans her wedding to Eddie, adding to Phoebe's busy schedule. Rufus, facing changes in his life, seeks a new focus after his relationship with Phoebe ends. Amidst the anticipation of Maggie's wedding and Phoebe and Sam's evolving relationship, the narrative unfolds with animal-related challenges and heartwarming tales from Puddleduck Farm. Despite being part of a series, the book stands alone with engaging storytelling and a satisfying conclusion, though it hints at the possibility of future installments. With beloved characters and a charming New Forest setting, this delightful read is highly recommended.

As an animal lover I was drawn to this by the promise of an idyllic farm setting and quirky veterinary clients. It didn't disappoint with adorable puppies, cheeky ducks and feisty horses. Then add in a sprinkle of romance and multi-generational family and this was a charming, feel good read. Whilst it worked as a standalone, it's apparently also part of a series set on Puddleduck Farm.
