Wow, this has everything a person needs who is following a low calorie diet - just like me!! This book covers all aspects from breakfasts to salads to stews and stir-fries. Absolutely brilliant and so helpful to those doing their best to lose weight.

Lovely recipes all around 400 calories. Some dip a bit above or below but you can't always except calorimetry to be exact. Will be using this in the future when I need and if I ever need to diet!
Logue assembles a varied collection of recipes that provides broad appeal and gives hope to those of us trying to make healthy improvements to our diet. I felt like I could stay on a 400 calorie/meal diet for an extended period of time with so many appealing choices. The best part is that the portions are generous. My only concern is that many recipes are medium-to-high in carbs.
Eating healthy food can be daunting if you don’t know what to do or where to look. I love that this book provides so many recipes to eat healthy meals. I like that nutritional information is provided, as that is always something I’m looking out for. I do wish there were some pictures of the completed recipes; I think it would help the overall appeal of the book if there were pictures, as right now the formatting and style is rather basic.
So many great recipes! I love that there are ones of foods I already love but it’s a healthier version! This book even separates into different meat sections depending on what you like to eat! I can wait to make the chicken Caesar salad, arroz con pollo and the “sure you can have fried rice”.

I was really interested in reading this cookbook because I’m always lost when it comes to tasty healthy meals. This book had plenty to choose from and I really enjoyed the fact that there was a lot of information included about nutrition and what it is we should be looking for in our food.
Some of my favourite recipes that were included are
Strawberry dream pockets
Honey fried chicken dinner
Easy slow cooker enchiladas casserole
And the Stuffed shells Florentine
Definitely some great recipes and I look forward to testing some of these out!
Thought this was a great cook book for recipes to save for every day meals. I am trying to eat healthier and was looking for easier and quicker recipes for everyday meals. These recipes took a bit longer than expected.
