I love this book! This made my heart's smile, just like this cute little pot does. Easy to read, filled with practical advice and words of up wisdom, & inspirational. So many passages highlighted! So many good quotes but my favorite is "live as if you were to die tomorrow. learn as if you were to live forever." Powerful, insightful, meaningful!

I don't know if I feel like this book offers anything revolutionary, but it does offer a great list of things you can do to be happy in your day-to-day life with practical advice on how to achieve it. Instead of just saying to do something, you can read about simple steps you can take to make your goals a reality.
Of course, we know that we need to eat right and exercise and help other people, but this book gives us examples of how to find practical ways to do those things even if we don't have the willpower to constantly monitor ourselves.
Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this cute and helpful book
