I appreciated that this guide was included, as I had never heard of digital journaling before and had no idea where to begin! It gives suggestions for both Mac and Android/Windows OS, including some recommended software I'd never heard of and am excited to play around with. I appreciate how considerately thought out this reading journal and accompanying materials are!

I recently started keeping one, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made as a reader. Not only does it help me stay organized, but it’s also just incredibly fun to update and look back on. NetGalley really helped with those guide and the freebies that they attached with the reading journal. Worth the download.

I had to give up using the Reading Journal. I downloaded Goodnotes and that in itself has a steep learning curve. I had difficulty doing the basic pasting of a book image in the journal, and typing anything in the journal was an epic feat even with a keyboard. The Guide didn't do much to help me navigate Goodnotes. I can see the value of having a digital journal, but if it's going to take me several hours rather than 30 minutes, I'll stick to the old school way of tracking my TBR, books read, etc.

I want to thank Netgalley for gifting this Reading Journal. I really love it and recommend everyone to try it and give is a download. If you are not into logging your books via actual notebook, you might like this option.

Super helpful and informative - I'm excited to add the stickers to my journal and a few more I found online! The pdf is short and concise, giving a top level overview of how to use. So if you need a more in-depth step-by-step guide then you may need to have a google around for extra information, but I'd start here first!

I don't really use this feature, as I have other ways of tracking my reading and thoughts on books. The design seems nice! I would want a hardcopy tracking journal if I were to really use it. Maybe you could incentive reviewers somehow with a printed journal as merch.

These guides provided by NetGalley are so perfect and are something I have saved on my phone and on my computer. (I wonder if I can downloaad on my Kindle too?!). They are so helpful and nice to have to track books, but also gives so much in depth inforamtion on how to write a good book review.

This is a very helpful guide for getting the most out of the NetGalley Reading Journal. The guide includes app options for editing the guide/entering in your reading data and is worth checking out if you're considering using the Journal.

This document is really not what I thought (my mistake!). I thought I had a Reading Journal in hand, but it turns out to be a very detailed user guide. Useful for beginners, and I highly recommend Goodreads for using a Reading Journal!
