I was a bit disappointed by this book - probably because I'm too close to the work, and it would be more enjoyable for someone who is not involved every day in the children social care sector. 3 stars for me, but I can see if someone is new to this sector, cares about children and wants to learn more, it could be a great book to get a nice overview of how things are broken and what could be done to fix them.
